I cannot even begin to tell you what a help Tony O has been with my recent order. I have a 14 Pro and spent the extra money for a better screen protector. As it goes in life, things happen and the screen chipped. When i wrote in to customer service I was blessed enough to get Tony O responding to me. He addressed the issue with me promptly and was able to suggest a better case which I upgraded to. Tony O is the reason I continue to buy from BodyGuardz. I put in an order for a case and screen protector. They sent me the confirmation and charged my credit card but never sent the email with tracking. Order also not showing on recent orders on their website. They basically charged me for nothing and customer service is impossible to reach. No response for days.

Wrong item and can’t get anyone to call or even e mail

I got the wrong screen protector and I don’t know if I should register this on first or send it back or what! That long ass message when you call goes on and on by that annoying woman. It’s almost impossible to get anyone to call back. I don’t think any humans even work there! If I ever get this straightened out………

Excellent Customer Service

I have been purchasing my screen protectors for several years from BG, twice I had to have replacements due to breakage on my part, price, quality and service was great. Recently I purchased yet another screen protector for a new iph and paid $17.05 for 2-day shipping. There was a problem with the delay in shipping and informed it would take several days longer. I contacted CS and explained the situation, and they graciously refunded my 2-day priority shipping. This is what I consider excellent customer service satisfaction. I will continue to refer and purchase from this company.

Warranty replacement made complicated…

Purchased Bodyguardz tempered screen protector, Bodyguardz case out of inventory at AT&T store. Protective case (Speck) purchased $55 & tempered screen protector $45. Saved all documentation, packaging, receipts for future if warrantee replacement was requested. Registered tempered screen protector. Became part of Advantage program via registration/lifetime warranty. Bodyguardz advertised free lifetime replacement in packaging literature. Shipping costs waved for up to 5 screen protector replacements if “a protective case” was purchased along with protective screen. No indication in materials that the case had to be Bodyguardz. Screen cracks noted about months later. Appointment made at AT&T store to replace screen covered under warranty. AT&T store no longer stocks screen protector for iPhone 14Max Pro (8 months after purchase). Bodyguardz states to utilize the warranteed free replacement with $0 shipping both items need to be Bodyguardz. Replacement of screen requires a $9.95 shipping charge & return of old screen to serve as proof of damage. Bodyguardz not honoring warranty as described in their literature. Chris from Bodyguardz reached out yesterday via email & is making efforts to support my request to make this replacement happen.
