Had difficulty returning my order due to choosing incorrect postal service. As a result the return was not received in the time allowed for returns. Contacted customer service and Princess assisted in honouring the return and also provided return label. Excellent customer service and this is the first time I have had to contact them. I shop with Boohoo regularly and like the range of cloth items and I love their reductions on quality clothes.

I bought sandals which I wore and broke within 2hrs of wearing them and I contacted boohoo via Facebook and they refunded me straight away without any hassle Very disappointed that I no longer have the shoes but very grateful for princess at boohoo who sorted the issue for me 🙂

mon colis à disparu boohoo n'a rien voulu savoir et m'a renvoyer vers le transporteur qui n'a rien voulu savoir non plus. A l'arrivé j'ai pas mon colis j'ai perdu plus de 200€ que j'avais économisé. Je ne recommande pas ce site et encore moins son sav.

Leider habe ich meine Bestellung nicht erhalten, und ich habe mein Geld direkt erstattet bekommen, nur leider ohne Versandkosten. Ich war nicht bereit für die Versandkosten aufzukommen, ohne eine Sendung erhalten zu haben. Milica hat sich direkt drum gekümmert, Danke ! Habe meine Versandkosten zurück erhalten. Dennoch ärgert es mich, schließlich habe ich mich auf die Bestellung gefreut.
