I've used this company before and absolutely love their gift sets. However, I can only assume that they've gone bust and have forgotten to shut down their website? I can't place any orders. I've tried ordering different items just in case it was one product giving me an issue, but every time I complete entering addresses and gift notes, I click next to enter payment information and get a blank screen... every time without fail. Nothing loads and refreshing does nothing. This happens on my Samsung phone, my wife's MacBook and my standard Windows laptop. I've tried getting in touch with this company. Twitter and Instagram goes unanswered and the contact us form on their website doesn't work. So very disappointing.
Gift delivered to the wrong address and when I contact customer services advised that either the person I sent it to goes and gets the parcel themselves from the address it went to or I wait for the courier to go and retrieve it which could take 3-5 working days and if they don’t give the parcel I essentially lose the money paid for the gift!
Requested Monday delivery delivered Saturday before luckily somone was home. card option would have been good card could have been a bit festive instead of just advertising themselves.
Birthday gifts for my daughter arrived on requested day , the boxes were lovely and safely packaged , the Prosecco box was a lovely sharing birthday drink with her friends extra special with chocolate and biscuits, the kraken gift set was also fab with another range of different extras , she loved both boxes , will definitely use your reliable service again from a very happy birthday girl and her mum Kind Regards Anne Knox

Purchased a few boxes from this company over the last month or two, as a thank you gift to my clients. Love the personalised cards and my clients are always very grateful for their gift sets. I purchase the “Thank You” gift box every time and they go down a treat! Lots of other boxes available though, for whatever occasion suits. Ordered for a 60th birthday. Gift set was delivered on the chosen date and my mother in law loved it. She sent me over some pictures and the box was beautifully presented and she loved the gin. Definitely recommend!
Ordered a nice Whisky gift set for an 80th Birthday, the delivery date was scheduled but unfortunately the chosen courier service decided to leave the £50 gift on the floor outside the front door and then took a photo of the gift on the floor and also a notice on the front door which read 'Please leave in Porch'. Unfortunately the gift went 'missing' as it wasn't left in the safe place requested. Bottle in a Box advised that as this wasn't raised with them within 7 days of delivery (presumably the period in their T & C's with DPD) there is nothing they can do - I would have expected something as a gesture rather than hide behind the courier they use! So, to conclude, I was happy with the product ordered (it looked really nice on the website) but not much value out of £50 as the recipient never received his gift!! The reply from BIAB really does sum up their customer service, it's not their fault it's the customers! If you want to send a birthday gift to someone through this company don't forget to ring the recipient within 7 days to see if they actually received it!!!!
Very good. My only gripe is the money was taken far too early from my account in relation to the dispatch date.
High quality of everything including the gift boxes. The prices are reasonable, fast delivery, well packed and protected, well presented, looks fancy outside and inside the box. Makes a gift more unique. Very pleased.
Having never ordered gifts online before, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to order from Bottle in a Box. The recipient of my gift was over the moon with it, it arrived on the allocated day and well presented. A great range of gifts for everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
I ordered 13 bottles in boxes for colleagues. Ordered on the Wednesday for delivery on Friday. All were delivered, except one where the snow was too deep (Dundee). Email and text morning of delivery telling me what time each one would be delivered. Boxes were lovely with the personalised note and nibbles. Would definitely recommend this service.
We had a fantastic experience with Bottle in a Box and I'd highly recommend them. My organisation used BIAB to send a holiday drink to each of our staff ahead of our virtual do. The gift packs were well priced and we got a small discount for a bulk order. We offered staff a choice of 5 drink options and they all came with snacks. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the drinks and snacks and I appreciated the ability to send a personalised note in each box. BIAB were very accommodating with our staff dietary restrictions and last-minute changes to our order. They were responsive via email through what I'm sure was a busy period for them. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!
I’m sure my purchase will be a wonderful gift and very much appreciated by the recipients. My purchase can’t be delivered until January 5th which is sad but it’s a very popular company and understandable and who doesn’t love a January gift? I’m a little disappointed that a reputable company decided to process the payment today (17thDec) 19 days before dispatch and delivery.
Brilliant Experience! This company is brill. I places my order on Friday and the item arrived well packaged on Monday first thing in the morning. The item was exactly what ordered. The gift box was lovely. Great quality products, fast delivery. All round 10/10.
