Everyone at break performance was fantastic. Lifetime warranty is the way to go. My break inspection took a little time to verify that my rotors were warped other than that break. Performance service was excellent. Jeff. Z.
I had an issue with the rear brake pads being too thick, I sent the information to BP and they immediately sent me out a new set that worked perfectly. I have not had a chance to drive with the new brakes and rotors, but they look great.

I was very concerned about the parts being accurate with all the VIN# variables. All parts were an exact match, install went smoothly! 2021 Range Rover Velar V6 R dynamic late after vin whatever the spec was. Great price on the parts. I have installed these on the wife’s and the kids cars with no issues. Assuming mine will perform the same!
Our agency was having trouble finding brake pads and rotors for pursuit rated 2023 Dodge Durangos. Brake Performance not only had them, but were significantly less expensive than dealer pads and rotors.
The product was as advertised, and install had no issues. Brakes work great. The only disappointment was that everything was stamped made in CHINA. I was shopping for made in USA, which Brake Performance claims.
On my last order. (Last order) for me. I made a mistake & ordered brake pads off your web site— befor checking my email. You were offering a discount on my email. I saw my mistake & called your customer service to ask if I could cancel the order & reorder with the discount applied. I was assured the discount WAS applied. After I received your product, I realized that there was NO discount. So, that’s the end of me ordering anything in the future from your company. I don’t like getting lied to
