Absolute disaster of a company to buy products from. The first bag I received was completely different to the one I ordered (I got a clutch bag instead of a trunk!). Then when offered a free return - there's no option on their form apart from accepting a £3.95 returns charge despite selecting the "received incorrect item" option! To top it all off, the next bag I ordered from them arrived with a scratch on the front. Very unhappy customer.

Purchasers arrived on the date stated, or earlier, and there have not been any problems with returns. An order for an expensive coat, delivered to an unknown address 40 miles away was quickly settled and accepted as lost.
I’ve been shopping with Brand Alley for many years and you can pick up some great bargains. I’ve only ever had to return one item that was damaged and the service was excellent and I received a full refund. Would recommend for branded items.
