Ich habe vor ca. 50 Jahren einen BRAUN Wecker als Werbegeschenk von einer Luxemburger Firma bekommen, und dieser hat mich 50 Jahre begleitet!!!

I have got the wall clock (Model BC14B) A nice clock, with good quality materials, and expensive in price but I did not expect such a big failure from Braun, and I say this because I have known them for 35 years. I'm talking about the brightness, not good at all.. almost can't be seen.. I don't recommend you buy it, believe me don't take any chances!
Despite some setbacks the overall experience was good and the response swift as well as the resend! The product is also nice.
My order was sent by parcelforce worldwide. Then GLS took over. The final courier phoned me and said he could leave my purchase at the local pickup point. I agreed to this. When I went to pick the parcel up, I was told that it had been left there, and then the messenger had come back and removed it, and sent it back to uk. No explanation for this has been provided. When I complained, Braun in the uk said they couldn’t do anything until the parcel arrived back at their facility. This was unacceptable to me, and they did give me a refund immediately. But I can’t see me ordering from you again

Könnte besser sein! - Antwort auf Beschwerde erfolgte rasch, das war ok. Hätte mir aber eine Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Prokukt als Wecker nicht verwendbar, weil die Taste für Snooze/Wecker_AUS kontinuierlich zu hell (grün) leuchtet, aus meiner Sicht ein Konstruktionsfehler. Hätte mir gewünscht, dass mir ein anderes Produkt als Ersatz angboten wird. Die Weiterleitung der Beschwerde an die Entwicklungsabteilung ist ein wichtiger Schritt, nutzt mir aber nichts.
