Bremont’s NYC Boutique

I stumbled onto Bremont while researching other more well known brands. For years I thought my “next” watch was going to be a Panerai. After being introduced to IWC, Grand Seiko, Tudor, and Longines from my coworkers I thought I should do some research. I’m so glad that I did. I was immediately impressed with your beautiful website. The watches are uniquely stylish, elegant, and functional. What attracted me most to the brand was Bremont’s story. The story behind the brand, the character of the company and the thoughtfulness that goes into each watch design made this brand stand out against all the others that I was considering. Living in the states, I reached out to the NYC boutique via email with a long list of questions and concerns. I was pleasantly surprised when assistant manager, Jay Mehta professionally responded almost immediately and thoughtfully addressing every question I had. This act further solidified that I was on the right path to finding my next watch. After looking at enough watches online and then in person I knew I needed to make a trip to NY to see these watches in person. Luckily I’m a commercial pilot and had the ability to work a flight with a long layover in the city. Going to NY, I had an expectation of Bremont and what I might expect. Not just in the watches, but the service. Those expectations were greatly exceeded. I met Jay and I was again impressed with his sincere kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, and passionate knowledge for watches. I spent quite a bit of time with Jay looking at all my options and he was extremely helpful and patient. We had a great conversation and I learned a lot. It was a very memorable experience. It’s these little details that make Bremont stand out against the rest. When I look at my watch or when I’m asked about it from fellow pilots or enthusiasts I will reflect and share what a special experience this was. It was my authentic connection with Jay that made my decision to choose Bremont easier. I don’t feel like I just bought a watch. I feel like I made a new friend and joined a community. I look forward to touring your manufacturing center one day soon. I’m very happy with my decision. Now my wife (also a pilot) thinks she might need a new watch as well. 😉

Great professional hands-on service.

Jervis and Stephenie were awesome to deal with and helped with this special gift for my 35th wedding anniversary. I regret going anywhere near Bremont

I regret going anywhere near Bremont! Another company hiding behind the 'live chat!, 'working from home', 'no Managers in the office'. Maybe that's why it is what it is!! Once they have your money, it's run for the hills! away from the customer as fast as possible. Stick to the REAL luxury market if you want your investment to grow at least in line with inflation. Rolex are thoroughly dependable and keep their value, so save a little more and get a brand that has a great reputation unlike Bremont, who are the 'Benidorm' of the watch world! lol Might as well dump my Bremont in the nearest bin!

Regret to have ever bought a Bremont watch

We bought an automatic Bremont watch 18 months ago. In spite of the watch being an automatic and worn every day it stops every 2 days and has to be wound up manually. Bremont repaired it twice, but it did not improve. In my opinion we wasted money on a product where aspiration of the brand does not come close to reality! Management just does not seem to care!

Customer service how it should be done

From start to finish, the experience of returning a watch to Bremont for inspection and subsequent repair has been wonderful. Polite, professional, understanding and no question unanswered. I am considering purchasing another Bremont in the future as a result of their service. I felt valued as a customer and that my watch still mattered to them and was treated as if it was a new purchase, not an item that has been worn (and is much loved / sentimental) and being returned as a faulty item made it less important - more the opposite.

No resale value unlike : Cartier / Rolex etc. You cannot re sell in Auction or Pawn / borrow against tge ghohsands of pounds lost. All parts made by someone else fof them. Two pompous /conceited " Owners " so asleep and devorced from reslitg that they left a ton of the overpriced merchandise years ago unattended on " show " at a trade fair and someone helped themselves to tge rubbish. Unfortunately as I said this unimaginative/ rubbish has no resale value and when nicked/ obviously worse than useless!!!

Bremont Service Issues

Strap broke on my Martin Baker MB, scratching the bezel. Bremont dealer sent it in for new bezel, adjustment and new strap. That was nine months ago. Zero communication, complete runaround every time I contact Bremont NY directly. An absolute battle to get any information on my watch. Nightmare.

Visited the Bluewater Bremont Boutique yesterday, came with a purchase of a watch and strap i love. Customer service from Kieran and the Manager (cant remember her name) was excellent. Superb service

Rudy at the Bremont South Audley Street shop delivered excellent and generous service. As a fairly new customer to Bremont, Rudy, walked me through the basics of setting up the watch, changing the date/time correctly and showed me how to change the strap. He was clear, articulate, helpful, friendly and genuine - a rare combination of attributes in the high street these days. Overall and excellent experience and I look forward to visiting Bremont again.
