Bride and Groom website was easy to use. We obtained a few samples of wedding invitations and chose our favourite. Once we completed our order we sent over how we wanted the wording to look but I think they will do this all for you if you want their standard text. They then sent across the invitation for us to preview and accept and were happy to make amendments as requested. Once we were all happy the invitations got sent to print and we received about a week later if I recall correctly.
Staff were amazing when I was making enquiries. Very helpful and informative. Invites are also amazing! The quality is outstanding.

They are beautiful designs we loved then the price was a bit much but they sent us lots of samples and kept us updated on delivery
I ordered a large quantity of wedding invitations and reply cards on the 3rd November 2023 and I had a quick delivery after they emailed me to ask about the proof read of the order and make sure I was fully happy with the order and I received my order on the 10th November 2023 by a trusted courier service (fedex) this wasn't the 1st time I had ordered with them as I had also ordered my save the dates with them too and I've been so impressed with their customer service and the product they have produced for myself and my partner for our special day I wouldn't recommend them any higher so if your needing invitations or anything else bride and groom direct is the place for you

Lovely examples sent out for me to choose from. Fast delivery. Now I have the difficult decision of which invitation to order for my special day!
Autofill got my postcode wrong, and I didn’t spot it. I was told they had tried to ring me but I had no missed call - I checked. My order didn’t arrive so contacted them, they agreed ‘this time’ to resend the order. I did apologise but I found Chrissy to be very abrupt in her emails. It was a genuine mistake and I did ask if they had received original back but she didn’t answer that. If she had I would have offered to repay the postage. The package was delivered today by Royal Mail. I suggest using Royal Mail in future as the postman would have known where to deliver the small item as the incorrect postcode was only few doors away. My fault I didn’t spot the autofill though. Photo frame was ok but larger than I anticipated.
