However, I encountered an issue with the color of the dress. I had ordered it in navy, but unfortunately, it was not a true navy shade. In fact, the actual color was significantly lighter. Despite this discrepancy, the dress itself is still worth considering due to its fabric and quality, but do keep in mind that the color might not match your expectations based on the online images."

Needed a dress for an event that would arrive within 30 days and this was perfect. Kind of thin but still looked great!!
The dress itself is really beautiful, but I did encounter some issues with the shipping. I paid extra to have it shipped by a specific time, but unfortunately, it didn't get shipped as promised. The seller was attempting to resolve the issue, but it didn't seem to make much of a difference in the end.

I honestly had low expectations for this dress but for the price, it is absolutely amazing. I'm 5 ft at it is a great length on me. There is one spot where the stitching isn't super neat but it's not very noticeable. It's absolutely beautiful. Perfect for prom
En general, el vestido es muy bonito y pensé que la abertura alta estaba a la altura perfecta. Mido 5'8 y compré el pequeño y todavía había un poco de rastro al final del vestido, así que estuvo bien. Normalmente sería demasiado alta para vestidos talla S, pero este me queda como un guante. SIN EMBARGO, me enviaron el color equivocado 🙁 Pedí el color beige pero me enviaron el negro. Todavía era muy bonito, pero no quería presentar una disputa ni devolverlo porque había tardado dos meses en llegar. . Para concluir, me gustó mucho este vestido, especialmente por su precio y no me decepcionó demasiado que me enviaran el color equivocado. Definitivamente vale la pena comprarlo.

I wanna give a 6 Star. Easy to order, price is reasonable with good quality. My experience with bridelily overall has been amazing, Thank you, everything is just super smooth, especially for the trial dress, this was the easiest part, I just need follow the direction and drops it at one of the recommend USPS, no need to pay.
I absolutely loved this dress. It only downfall about this dress is that sequins fell off from time to time. I found black sequins all over my room but you can't even tell any fell off.

The dress is beautifully made, the material and details make it look glamorous and much more expensive than the price I had paid. So i am very pleased with it and I will certainly become a regular customer at Cocosbride. Order at your expense…I felt defrauded.. the dress I ordered was NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED… also they did not send appropriate tracking number to track the package .. so the 2nd dress I ordered is still somewhere.. where idk? I contacted customer service and the answered they gave was soo vague.. zero attempt to solve the issue. Which is “where is the dress” and when should I expect it.. never answered and after awhile all correspondence ceased.. I’m sending back the 1 dressed I received expeditiously..
Horrible horrible horrible experience. Dress is 3 sizes too small despite accurate measurements. Told via email complaint to “ have the dress altered “ (not possible) or “donate to someone in need”. ABSOLUTE fraudulent company that should be investigated by the BBB!! DO NOT ORDER FROM this company!!!
I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a joke. They claim to be based in the United States and they clearly are not. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. They are scamming customers and need to be stopped.
They sent a dress that wasn't even close to fitting, that's OK but when I tried to return immediately they refused to honor their own policy and said to take it to a tailor. The Dress couldn't zip in the back, it was 6 inches apart in the opening. A tailor can't fix that and I shouldn't have to do that regardless. They refused to even give back the 15 percent they said. I would never shop here again and they are located in China
Do NOT BUY IT Is A SCAM!!!! Dress was used. Material cheaply made. Told there would be a 14 day return. and was told they would only give 10% and we have to pay shipping. Bad Customer service!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
Don't buy ANYTHING from this company unless you are 100% sure of the color and fit because they WILL NOT take it back unless you pay to send it back to China. It cost me $44.00 to send the dress back. I went back and forth with them offering me ridiculous amounts of refund until I finally reported them to PayPal. Then they said they would refund my money if I paid to have the dress sent back DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
