Easy booking and great communication in regards to tickets and information.
Person I bought the Shard experience for hasn’t received the voucher. I have emailed requesting if it can be sent to myself and had no response. Also it says you can go onto the Shard website and enter the voucher code. But even if we had the code there is no option to pay for it using the voucher I bought.
ABSOLUTELY fantastic.they looked after us from the time we arrived until the end. There was quite a lot of people there already which was lovely to see and many many smiling/big grins.then after the tank drive we went around the museum and was so surprised of how There was and the shear scale of the tanks blew us away.so interesting to see in real life.all in all it was a superb day and would absolutely recommend this to everyone specially family's ❤️

Great selection of things to choose from, as I needed a good gift to thank my parents for looking after our dog while we were on holiday.
Ease of finding the holiday
The whole experience was incredibly confusing would not reccommend buy a gift, it felt like a scam. I wanted to purchase a day trip to Alton Towers so I read through all the information provided and was happy with it. I went ahead and used my £50 buy a gift voucher to buy a £37 Alton Towers voucher. I received an email with more voucher numbers and then was directed to a seperate page on buy a gift where I could choose a date to visit Alton Towers. I was incredibly confused and dissappointed to discover that only weekday dates were available for this experience when it was NOT stated on the information. I feel completely mislead by buy a gift.
Theatre Tickets always welcomed, a great evening.
Excellent tour of the Globe theatre. Redeeming the voucher was very easy.
Got a gift voucher for Christmas that said 'one night spa break with dinner for two at the malvern spa hotel'. Turns out you have to pay £63 to book a friday and you only get £25 towards your dinner! What a rip off!!!

I was pleased that I was able to change where I could book to have my afternoon tea present. It would booked for the Marco Pierre White's in London but because of all the train strikes I wanted to change it for the Marco Pierre White's in the Cube in Birmingham. It was easy to do this. My daughter and I enjoyed a fabulous afternoon tea.
