Parts arrived in reasonable time. However, when the website says "This product fits your [car]" what it means is "This product might fit your [car]" so you need to be careful. If the customer takes the statement, as written, at face value it is the customer's fault. Apparently. The info required to know it wouldn't fit is on the product page but you need to scroll a long way past the statement "this product fits your [car]" and the conveniently positioned purchase button. So be warned. I did point this out to them and they were very keen to sell me a compatible part.

Good price and no fuss but, considering the goods were "in stock", I was surprised by the 7 day wait for delivery.

As always this supplier excels in good quality parts at very competitive prices with very good delivery times. I am very happy to recommend them to DIY car enthusiast rebuilders like myself and anyone needing car parts.
Good service and good offers
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. I placed an order for a replacement car battery on the 24th February (over 6 weeks ago at the time of writing this review), however it was not delivered. Despite contacting Buycarparts numerous times, they have failed to provide a refund or replacement and just insist on blaming the delivery company. I have now had to pursue a refund through my bank.
The company has a good website and it quickly shows me the parts I need. The goods are then shipped promptly and correctly ordered. Packaging is very good. Would use them first before choosing another provider.
Absolute rubbish. I purchased a motorbike tyre which was a good price, in stock and on a 2-3 day despatch from order. I didn't get a confirmation until I chased it 1 week later and 3 weeks after ordering I'm still waiting for the delivery. Not impressed at all!

The part I ordered was correct and works fine. Was not happy with Evri who delivered the parcel, they just tossed it over garden gate when I asked if know one is home deliver to a neighbour

Not a UK company and is not clearly advertised! It's there but you have to search to find out. They make out there in the UK and simple notes would make this clear but they don't want that. Sent wrong parts and now I have to return them to Germany which is not worth the hassle.
Wrong Part. Part doesn't fit my car
Firstly, buycarparts.co.uk is based in Germany, and in their response to this review they will say that it says as much on their website. And it does, if you look for it. Not necessarily a problem unless you need to return something. I ordered two tailgate struts using the car registration and OEM numbers. The struts were relatively cheap at about £7.00 each. The postage was £8.95. The struts don't fit - and the tailgate won't close. I contacted buycarparts.co.uk who told me to send them back at my expense. I complained as the items weren't as described or fit for purpose. They clearly aren't the same as the photo on the website. They then asked me to send some photos which I did. One showing the tailgate unable to close and another showing the new strut next to the old one and the clear difference in body size. No acknowledgement of photos just an e-mail saying to send them back at my expense. I checked postage costs and it would be about £10.00 so not worth the hassle. I can't comment on the quality of the items as I can't use them but I would warn would be buyers that if the items are wrong it is not easy or cheap to return them and buycarparts.co.uk won't accept responsibility for supplying items that aren't fit for purpose even though the website says they are.
