Absolutely disgusting, the top oven has an earsplitting rattling sound, and all the hobs stopped working the week after I got it installed. I can't believe I spent so much money on this, it was the most expensive one on the market. I will be expecting a full refund for this waste of space
Ordered a tumble dryer on the 8th April, still hasn't arrived. Ordered a cooker and other large appliances from Currys the same day and had them within the week. Was charged enough for delivery so would expect it here a bit sooner!!

Ordered on the 6th April, now may 2nd, no sign of delivery or information from buy it direct! No courier details given, customers need to be aware that once u order your order is then passed to a courier comp and they don’t give much information either. Buyer beware !

I am having a nightmare dealing with this company. I ordered a bed in early April and was told it would be delivered by the 19th of April. It wasn't delivered and I was given a new date of the 27th April. It never arrived - I phoned to be told the delivery was still within whatever metric they had. I pushed them to be told the bed was lost. I checked with the courier and they had no record of the item. I told Buy it Direct I needed the bed so they said to give them 2 days to look into it. 3 days later they contacted to say the bed was lost but now they wont dispatch or refund until the bed is sent back by the courier. This makes no sense. I just want a bed. I have an autistic daughter sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the last month who needs a bed. Update 3rd May - so after numerous communications I eventually got through to a reasonable person who organised for another bed to be dispatched. I checked the tracking on the website it indicated it would be delivered on the 3rd of May. The information updated daily i.e. yesterday it said it would be delivered tomorrow, today it said it would be delivered today. I asked to work from home today to be here for the delivery. Guess what! No delivery. I phoned them to be told that delivery for Ireland will be in 10-14 days. I tried to explain that when I log in to view the tracking this is not the information given, it gives a date of the 3rd of May. This company does not seem to have its delivery to Ireland sorted. I’m not sure if it is a scam or what to do.
