I’ve had a terrible experience recently with this website. I ordered an iPhone 15 in January and still have received nothing. This is despite them currently offering 3-4 day shipping for this phone. I’ve asked for a refund twice now, hopefully this time I’ll get one. They suggested I reorder again, but can’t even offer a discount code for the hassle.
Absolute shocking company to buy for, I bought a contract with a refurbished phone, and when ingot it it didn't work, I spent 3 weeks trying to get it sorted and replaced l, every time they said they were having issues with their warehouse and couldn't do repairs or replacements but kept being assured that they will be sorted soon and send me a replacement, today I chatted again and was told they have sold the "part" of the company and they have washed their hands with me and are no longer responsible for my contract, absolutely disgusting cheating crooks of a company, avoid all all costs.
Oh my goodness! I really regret not checking this website before placing my order with BUYMOBILES. Their service is absolutely terrible, the worst I've ever experienced. It's frustrating to think that I switched from REWARDMOBILES just because of a £2 difference in monthly costs for my new iPhone 15. I'm extremely disappointed in myself. My advice to anyone is to avoid BUYMOBILES at all costs. They're dishonest, and when you encounter a problem, there's no one to speak with directly. You're stuck chatting with someone online, who, in all cases, was very rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful. One representative, named Charleen, was particularly egregious, even boasting about her rudeness with no consequences. Beware!"
Has been over a month and waiting for the phone, for other deals on the same site, it shows as in stock. Company playing with waiting customers while bagging new ones. Beware.
Dreadful customer service. Handset has broken (Samsung flip) and cannot get any response. Phone line discontinued. Chat online not working. No response from email. This is all within first year of contract.
THIS COMPANY IS IN ADMINISTRATION...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I bought a refurb handset in Aug 2023. A button became detached from the handset a month or so ago. I contacted them via messenger, and they told me I was not covered by the warranty. Now I am having battery issues where the battery is draining very quickly and the phone gets very hot. Again contacted on messenger, no phone numbers anywhere to call. Now been told my warranty is void. WHY????? This is unacceptable. I have never dropped or damaged the phone, always use full covers. Why has my warranty been made invalid? Cosmetic damage I would understand but this is a battery fault! THIS IS A COP OUT AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY QUESTION AND JUST GET COPY AND PASTE ANSWERS. Since discovered that this company is in Administration.
Hi this company totally scum they sent me faulty iphone 12. Dosent hold charge capacity 85 PC overheat in 20 min dosent open internet browser and charge me 750 ponds for it's I sent bk still waiting for response they don't even have phone number to phone only online chat This company totally embarrassment use ppl with to scam them
Bought a contract mobile from these guys, but it never showed up. Lots of lies from customers services , when one asked me to place a complaint through affordable mobiles .Apparently their sister company affordable mobiles has gone into administration. I would say the same thing has happened here as well . Funny you can still place orders .
Not received my phone been andvised 2-3 weeks, website out of stock of every phone and customer service is non existent no phone number to call colleagues close online chat quickly and social media colleagues never reply back. Very concerning Update: now over a month and no phone keep being told warehouse issue not shipping but just sounds like a bad excuse and taking it to ombudsman and trading standards as this is not how customer service should be and I’ve worked in customer service since I was 17
I got a reconditioned mobile from this company that developed a fault and was returned to them to be assessed. A fault has been confirmed, however after two weeks there’s been no progress as they are currently having distribution issues at their warehouse. I don’t know if a repair has be carried out or if they are planning on sending a replacement device all I am told is they aren’t able to distribute anything out of the warehouse and they don’t know when the issue will be resolved. In the meantime I’m paying for an upgraded contract for a device I’m not in possession of and no one knows how long it will be until the issue is resolved. I might as well have kept the old device which is what I’m now using but a twice the price!
