Ordered two shelves didn't fit fridge so tried to return was told there was no need I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 working days .didn't receive refund so got in touch again and told the same it's now two week and still no refund.very unhappy and out of pocket.

Good availability and easy to check if the part fits (in my case, a replacement washing machine door lock). The bit I’d quibble is the ‘Next Day Delivery’ - not quite. The part was ordered (and paid for) on a Monday morning. Despatched ‘next day’ (Tuesday), but didn’t arrive until the Thursday (possibly rural post deliveries partly to blame). So overall, a good service, but it’s not ‘Next Day Delivery’. Others may be lucky, and I’d use them again, but check other reviews for delivery comments if time is critical (for a broken washing machine, unlikely, I accept)
