Jag har ett Byredo doftljus vilket sprack en kväll när ljuset stått tänt en stund, en stor glasbit flög ner på golvet och stearin började rinna. Jag har haft ljuset i något år och haft det tänt vid ett flertal tillfällen. När jag vände mig till BYREDOs Kundtjänst för att reklamera ljuset, bad dem mig om kvittot vilket jag tyvärr inte har då ljuset var en present, de bad mig igen om att undersöka kvittot och jag svarade att jag tyvärr inte kan få tag i det. Jag bifogade ett flertal bilder på ljuset och får som svar i två vändande mejl att ljuset sprack pga att jag inte klippte av veken innan användning, vilket inte är fallet då ljuset har används ett tag. Jag förklarar igen att veken inte problemet utan det måste vara ett produktionsfel och att jag kan skicka dem ljuset. Som svar bifogar Kundtjänst en instruktion på hur ljustet ska hanteras ca 5 punkter och skriver att jag inte har hanterat ljuset rätt och dem inte kan göra något. Att anklaga en kund för felaktig användning utan att ens undersöka produkten är under all kritik. Jag har inget kvitto men det går inte att undgå att en BYREDO produkt kommer från BYREDO. Tyvärr slutar mina köp hos BYREDO from idag. De saknar ordet Good will.
I had problems with delivery and byredo assistance took care of everything and the package was delivered.. I love Byredo make up ❤️

Bought the Mineralscapes eyeshadow palette. I’ve heard reviews praising the yearly large palette but the small ones need to improve a lot. I hope they do because the smaller palettes appeal to me more and I’d buy all of them if the formula was worth it. The Mineralscapes palette came with beautiful packaging that was also super secure. Lovely touch! I got two free samples of perfume , which was shockingly also packaged very lovely and secure. I felt pampered! Thank you so much. Only thing I’d change is have the order status updated, I was anxious that my order would’ve been cancelled due to high demand. It suddenly just showed up today and it was like Christmas! Thank you for the amazing shopping experience. Also, Mojave Ghost is a gorgeous perfume, reminds me of Santa Fe ,but also just sweet airy light scent experience. I think it’s fairly safe blind buy , if you have the disposable funds to just do that. Highly recommend!

Viktoria, sales coordinator of Byredo, has shown a slight improvement by no longer denying the saleslady's association with Byredo. However, she remains evasive about addressing the economic loss I suffered from purchasing products under false pretenses. Furthermore, her consistent repetition bolsters the saleslady's claim that Byredo does not produce shampoo or conditioner, instead offering only two base formulas for handwash and lotions. Her insistence that Byredo exclusively supplies shampoo and conditioner to selected hotels seems economically dubious. Even if every hotel in the IHG group—totaling 5,656 worldwide—used these products, considering the global population of 8.1 billion, this represents a very small market reach, casting doubts on the financial rationale behind such an exclusive production strategy particularly Byredo has no intention to sell these items commercially, opting instead for a selective distribution through hotel amenities, appears to be an unconventional business move given the potential market size and economic implications.

I recently had a disappointing encounter at the Byredo counter in El Corte Inglés Castellana, which has significantly impacted my trust and satisfaction as a consumer. My initial experience with Byredo products during a stay at the Intercontinental Madrid was positive, prompting me to visit their counter with the intention to purchase shampoo and conditioner. During the visit, the counter sales associate claimed that Byredo does not produce shampoo and conditioner. She explained that the array of products supplied to luxury hotels like the Intercontinental—including shampoo, handwash, conditioner, body lotion, and hand lotion—are derived from two base formulas. These products are then packaged differently and infused with various scents to cater to different uses, though the underlying formulations are largely the same. Trusting her expertise based on her role, I bought two bottles of handwash but later discovered online that shampoo and conditioner are indeed available, leading to an unintended purchase based on incorrect information. This misinformation starkly contradicts what I would expect from a brand like Byredo. In response, Viktoria, a Byredo customer service coordinator, stated that the saleslady at El Corte Inglés is not directly affiliated with Byredo and may not be trained extensively on their products. This explanation suggests a significant disconnect between Byredo and its retail partners, highlighting a concerning lack of accountability. Furthermore, when I brought the issue to the customer service of El Corte Inglés, their lack of response was even more disappointing than Viktoria's. I should not have to bear the consequences of encountering a dishonest sales associate or suffer the financial losses due to her misrepresentation. Yet, after further reflection, I wonder whether Byredo’s practice of providing shampoo and conditioner to certain hotels is cost-effective. After all, the demand for these products is limited. Or, as the sales associate claimed, they use two base formulas with minor modifications, and ultimately, the difference in usage is not so great.
I recently received my sample pack of 6 BYREDO fragrances. And I must say that I am thoroughly impressed! The distinct differences in each fragrance. Time to fall in love and evoke beautiful memories with these excellent fragrances. I am happy to find this wonderful product.

I received my shipment of fragrance and sadly I was disappointed 😔.The perfume samples I usually purchased last longer and are way more intense then the ones I received today. The current fragrances I received today are way too light for my preference. I prefer fragrances that can last for 9 hours rather than a lighter scent that only lasts for 1 minute. Shipment and packages are 🌟⭐✨⭐🌟 five stars, Packing is beautiful.
