great ordering experience. good to make the gift of giving chocolate more personal. great support team too. had an issue with my delivery so i reached out and Emma B was more than happy to assist me. she got my situation sorted very quickly. i thought my order would have to be sent back and it’ll be a week long process but Emma got me sorted within 2 days. 10/10 🙂

I ordered some corporate gifts from Cadbury's. The delivery was amazing - really quick. The products were great. The only issue was that I did not receive an invoice, and (as anybody with a company card knows) I needed to be able to upload this to my company credit card system. I had to get in contact with customer services and it was resolved within 2 hours. Thanks to Becky Dobson for the help. Would have been 5 stars had I not had to chase for the invoice. 5 stars for the follow up customer service from Becky.

Tried to order a build your own hamper…

Tried to order a build your own hamper for my elderly mum. When trying to complete the order I got a message to say that item was out of stock, but it doesn't specify which item. Contacted "chat" and they wanted me to type up all of the 14 items in the basket so they could check availability. Total nonsense so I ordered from Lindt instead. Pretty pathetic that a large company like Cadbury has no stock control.

Amanda was just incredibly helpful because of a mistake at our end in losing a receipt/invoice, the replies were very fast and with all the relevant questions which made the whole interaction seamless. I was also very impressed that all due diligence was followed by Amanda and we had the required information and result for our records very quickly which was greatly appreciated, Thank you so much Amanda 🙂

Incredibly helpful.

Our order was returned to cadburys, I was unsure why it couldnt be delievered so I contacted the online chat to see what would happen next, Becky Dobson could not of been more helpful, she managed to sort out the issue straight away and organised the chocolates to be resent to us, they arrived the next day! Everyone who works in a customer service environment should take tips from this lady.

Ordering was so easy!

I love the Green & Black 85% cocoa organic dark chocolate but have found it increasingly difficult to find in shops so decided to order it direct. The process was easy and the people I dealt with were very helpful, as I’ve ordered a box of 15 bars, it may be a while until I order again but I know what to expect. Two squares a day are good for your heart and a little treat.
