I ordered four sets of note cards from CafePress, and when my first package arrived, it only had one set of cards in it. I wrote to Customer Service, and they politely agreed to ship the other three sets of cards. When the second package arrived, it only had ONE of the three. I messaged them back, and asked for a refund. They gave me some of my money back. The rest, they must have kept as shipping costs. I was frustrated by CafePress, and will not be buying from them again.
I paid the shipping charges from the US. When the parcel arrived it had been sent from Slough in UK. The printed badge then arrived off centre
It was good, color are same but product quality could be better.
Disappointed in my recent purchase had my family crest put on it someone pressed it on and scorched the shirt not happy would not buy another one from you guys
The item I purchased was described as a sticker. I guess I have to supply my own glue. Much smaller than expected. It is supposed to be 3 x 3, but that’s just the size of the plastic it was printed on. The image is barely 2 inches across. Also, shipping was ridiculous for something that was send in an ordinary envelope. I won’t be shopping them again.
I'll never shop here again.
Cafe Press is selling children's wear with pornographic themes and words.
Ordered drinking glass with print. Glass was bigger than I thought. Plus: Thick glass quality. Huge selection of prints. Minus: Print is pale / weak / of poor quality.
Cart does not work. Try adding items to the shopping cart but nothing happens.
I recently used Cafepress for my printed clothing and I can tell you they gave me value. The variety of themes and design categories caters to different tastes and occasions. Whether looking for personalized gifts, quirky apparel, or unique home decor, CafePress offers a diverse selection that appeals to a broad audience.
What sets CafePress apart is the attention to detail in the design and construction of their tee shirts. The stitching is impeccable, ensuring durability and longevity. The seams are neatly finished, and there's a noticeable level of craftsmanship that speaks to the brand's commitment to quality. I was pleasantly surprised by the fit of the tee. It strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and tailored. The sizing is accurate, and the tee retains its shape even after multiple washes , a testament to its high-quality construction.
They don't provide a way on their website to review products, which should tell you something right there. The women's value T-shirt runs VERY small. The design I ordered showed up perfectly on the site, but when it arrived I can't see parts of the logo because the shirt color is too close the logo color, so quite deceiving. Also shipping is expensive. On the plus side, I did receive what I ordered and it came quickly.
Their product description was beyond deceiving. I was looking to buy an actual telephone so I paid approximately $20 for a phone. I end up getting a button with a picture of a phone on the button worth approximately $.50 on a good day. What a ridiculous site to do business on.
I bought a number of Christmas gifts from CafePress this year and was very happy with them all. However one item didn't arrive. The response from CafePress was outstanding, apologising and promptly processing a full refund for the missing item. Such responsive customer service is so rare these days, but has never been more important than now when so much of our shopping is online.
I bought some pug pjs as a last minute gift, wasn’t sure what I would get as this was my first time ordering. I was thrilled! Good quality, so cute, and came on time even with a tight deadline. Going to purchase more from this site !!!
I designed a onesie online and had it all centered and nice. Immediately after making the purchase I received an email and noticed the writing was off-center. I notified them within minutes and they said there wasn't anything they could do, just give me a refund if it's wrong. It showed up wrong of course, we both could've saved a lot of time and I still had to pay for shipping, just absurd.
