Purchased a large quantity of one item online, I would have been okay if they said they couldn't fulfill the stock, but instead they came back and said they do not carry the item, and the price was $20 more expensive per unit. After I got the guys email, I went back to the site, they are still advertising the old incorrect price and advertising its in stock. Its a waste of time and a gigantic bait in switch. Idiots need to learn how to do business. Don't believe me? Look up calhountech.com, reseller ratings if you don't believe me. They have a 1/10 star profile, plenty of people will say the same thing as I do.
Ordered a HD with overnight delivery. It was shipped ground delivery. I called to inquire and they told me they would ship another one and I never heard back from them. Called again the next day and the rep was completely rude and telling me that my story was 'flawed' but then soon realized that I was correct but still maintained his unprofessional attitude. After a while, he reluctantly refunded me the difference between the ground and overnight shipping. Will never buy from them again. Mistakes happen, but a poor business attitude is inexcusable.
