I cancelled my reservation on a tent more than 1,5 month ago and I still haven't received a refund. I have tried to contact you several times, bot got no answer. My order number is 794346.. I expected so much more because of the great customer service. So disappointed...
Very disgusting customer service had to ring a number of times,after the 6 phone call 4 month and 2 weeks later to be told I have to wait another 3 months for a jacket never ordering again
Wonderful customer service. My items were delayed and I could have chosen to go elsewhere however the staff have been so helpful and genuinely nice that I wanted to complete the order with them. They also had it shipped to me in good time before my holidays.
Another week goes by and still no refund from Camping World. We are owed £861.59. Order ID 795189.TEN WEEKS! We have been waiting TEN WEEKS. Camping World say they are having computer problems. It must be possible to put through a manual payment. Very poor Customer Service.

Not clear on import fee. Should be more clear on website. Takes very long to receive refund. I'm waiting for over a mont now.Not recieved refund yet.
Nine weeks ago I requested a refund. It is now two weeks since Camping World replied to my last review saying "we have raised this with our finance team and expect them to deal with it promptly". PROMPTLY! NINE WEEKS! We are owed £861.59. Order ID 795189. This is very poor service Camping World. If we ever get our money back I will post a review. But until then I will continue to post negative reviews.
Jeg afbestilte mit telt for 1 måned siden og de svarede tilbage, at det ikke var et problem, da ordren ikke var afsendt. Jeg fik dog ingen penge retur. Derfor skrev jeg en email for 3 uger siden, men jeg har stadig ikke hørt noget og mangler stadig at få næsten 8000 kr retur... Det var bestemt ikke det jeg forventede
Tyckte det va dåligt att det inte stod tydligare att man ska betala tullavgift tydligare då jag missade detta helt, tyckte även supporten va lite otrevligt när man skulle returerna
The item I purchased had to be returned, unfortunately the replacement got stuck in distribution. Camping World apologized and said they will issue refund. That was over a month ago and still the refund hasn't been issued. After lots of chasing the customer service team gave me the email address for the Accounts team as they apparently have an IT issue which is causing a delay. After providing the details which they claimed to resolve within 7 – 14 days I received no communication from accounts team, just automatic reply, and I am still waiting for the refund with no ownership from Camping World.
Following placing an order and camping World being unable to fulfill it. I requested a refund. 6 weeks later and 15 emails still no refund for just under £300. Apparently they have a computer issue !!! Beware. Do NOT trust them.
I have to fight with them for a refund! The tent I purchased was very delayed and I had to buy different one elsewhere. Understandably Camping World apologized and said they will issue refund straight away. It was weeks ago and refund hasn't been issued. Also I received no communication from accounts team, just automatic reply. Customer service refers me to accounts team, so I am pushed around the departments and no results. Mess and frustration.
Please see my previous review. Camping World have replied with the usual set of excuses and stalling phrases which we have had before. How long does it take to process a refund? Not 7 weeks. We are not alone in this as there are many recent negative reviews from customers who are still waiting for refunds. We are owed £861.59.
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company, purchased a toilet from them that was clearly out of stock, but showing it was in stock, yet they still had taken my money £300, only to say that it’s not in stock for over two months.Told them to cancel my order and gave me a refund, almost 2 weeks I’ve passed and I’m still waiting for a refund.Warning, do not use this company, they don’t even return emails back. I will be taking legal action against them for trying to sell goods that they clearly didn’t have In Stock, bait and switch tactics.
We ordered a tent online 18th Feb 2024. Order Id 795189 and paid £861.59. We then cancelled the order over the phone the same day as we had ordered the wrong tent.We were assured that we would get a refund. It is now 8th April and no refund has been received. We have repeatedly contacted Camping World about this and are repeatedly given poor excuses or no replies about the money owed to us.
I can’t praise the customer service enough! Unfortunately my order delivery was delayed due to circumstances beyond their control. Holly was amazing and managed to get it to me in time for my trip. Always very friendly, polite and professional. I will most definitely be buying from them in future.
