I'm fortunate to own two eeWings cranksets...

Living on the South Island of NZ, I'm fortunate to own two of Cane Creek's eeWings cranks and I recently needed to chase down a couple of the Ti fixing bolts that anchor the chainring the crank. I sent a query to Cane Creek Customer Support via my account on their website and got a very prompt response from Andy Bennett, a company representative. It was the first of three messages required to resolve the issue and the experience was top-notch. Cane Creek's customer support is exemplary, and Andy was the face of the company for the less than 24 hours it took to work things out. The eeWings crank is beautiful to behold aesthetically and amazing to hold in the hand, as at a little over 400 grams it epitomizes what makes Ti the material of choice for a component that handles load and transfers energy efficiently while routinely taking hard hits in rocky terrain. It's indestructible...a forever metal. Based on my recent experience with Andy Bennett, the people at C.C. exhibit some of the same qualities as the eeWings crank: dependable, performance-driven, and measurably better where it counts: efficiently turning work - energy expended - into forward motion with an objectively measurable results. In short, Cane Creek is an exceptional company in an industry where the standards for high-end components are already extremely high. Have a look at their website, it's probably the best in the business from a presentation standpoint, and the company's products are absolutely first-rate in a very evolved and competitive market. Nobody out there is doing it better. These people are totally on top of their game. In the gladiatorial arena of high-performance bicycle components, Cane Creek is the real deal and importantly, the company's customer support crew backs that up with the same high standards in my opinion. It doesn't get any better than this, people. Visit their website and check out what they are into, or give them a call. You'll see what I mean. Andrew F. Kaikōura, NZ
