This business does not honor the return policy listed with specific items. They claim to list excluded items on their website, but these policies are not listed with the excluded items, nor are they on the main returns page. Beware of purchasing from Cariuma!
First off, Cariuma offers beautiful and comfortable sneakers. I did a survey for this company and was given a discount code. I lost the code but they quickly helped me retrieve it. They were so helpful. Great service. Great company.

Cariuma has truly impressed me! I bought five pairs of shoes and they're amazing. The sizing is spot on – I'm sometimes a 6.5, sometimes a 7, and the 7 fits perfectly. Their customer service is outstanding, offering a personal assistant, and the free delivery is super quick. Couldn't be happier!
Stylish comfortable shoes! No break in needed. I would recommend ordering a full size up from your regular shoe size. I am very happy with them!

I recently received my Atari Red walking shoes. I was on the waiting list because I missed the first batch. The wait was worth it. The box has all kinds of cool stuff like a diagram of the shoes and the materials they are made from. The shoes themselves are very nice shoes. Comfy and stitched well. No short cuts apparent on these shoes.
The product and concept appear legitimate. However the customer service is nonexistent. It seems as though the company is hiding from something. Horrible experience.

I am really shocked that these shoes have such high ratings. I purchased a pair a little over a year ago hoping they would be my go-to summer shoe. I liked the color, the profile, the reinforced toe, and what the company purported to stand for. In the first month of wear, they made me bleed in two places. I have never had a shoe be so painful. Fast forward 11 months. I STILL cannot wear them without prepping with bandaids. Worse, both shoes are coming unstitched at the back. These are not cheap shoes. They fail in every category of performance: Expensive, uncomfortable, and shoddy. Why on earth do so many people seem to like them??

Besides making well-made, comfortable and attractive sneakers, this company has great customer service. There was a delay in the delivery of my sneakers due to holidays, etc., but they somehow managed to get them to me two days before I left. Customer service was constantly in touch with me via text. Very personal and friendly.
I’ve found Cariuma to be an outstanding company focused on quality at every level. I purchased my first pair of sneakers about 5 years ago. It was a brand new company at the time. Upon delivery, it became apparent that Cariuma left no stones unturned when it comes to product quality. First off the materials are “natural” - such as the real gum runner used in the sole. I call it “old school quality”. It’s a return to the proven materials that result in higher quality product. The cork insoles are fantastic and a big improvement from what you will find with the major brands. It doesn’t stop with the gum rubber and cork insoles. No. Even the shoe laces are a leg up. I also find the styling to be attractive. In fact, I often receive compliments when wearing a pair. Being a relatively new company, it’s a “new look” that people take notice of. The first pair I purchased was so impressive, that I’ve gone on to purchase several more different styles from Cariuma. Despite the high quality, I’ve also found the pricing to be very good. It’s a “value purchase” in my view in that you get the highest level of quality without paying a hefty price. I plan to continue to add my collection going forward. If you haven’t heard of Cariuma, I encourage you to try a pair for yourself. You’ll be blown away as well.
Always love my new Cariumas. I have 4 pair, all slip-ons. So comfortable and really stylish. I have zebra print, dusty rose, black and grey. I get lots of compliments on my shoes and I always say, 'Thank you. These are my Cariumas, they're made from bamboo.' I feel very special when I get the personalized note with each pair.
I just purchased my third pair of Cariumas. They are attractive, well-made, comfortable and I get a lot of compliments when I wear them. The company has a stellar, environmentally-sound business plan, which makes me really happy.
