I ordered some lovely loafers, but when they arrived they were very big. I was able to return them easily when the label was emailed to me and then I ordered a smaller pair which arrived very quickly and fit perfectly.

Carl Scarpa was great, I bought some boots online a bit too small and went to the store to change them… the seller was so friendly and nice, ai found a even more perfect fit boots for me, they are pricey but totally worth it.
I bought a pair of loafers online which arrived very promptly. I realised they were too big so spotting the last pair online in the correct size (for me), I bought them. I knew they had been delivered when I was not home because of the delivery updates but was able to go into the shop and try on the same size while returning the bigger ones. Excellent, helpful staff and I arrived home to the shoes!
