Item did not arrive within the specified time. Chased and then was advised they could not supply the parts and I would receive a refund. Waiting for refund.

1 star because zero isn’t an option! Shocking service. Paid for next day delivery on a Thursday. £120 order. Still hadn’t received it the by the following Tuesday so rang again ( my 3rd call) and, along with making a formal complaint, I cancelled my order. I had to order from Halfords, paying for another next day delivery fee as my booked service was imminent. Then on Wednesday my carparts4less order I told them to cancel arrived. A week after ordering with next day delivery. No apologies, no response to my complaint, and still no contact from a manager.
Car parts ordered 4 days ago and now a delay with delivery due to EVRI. carparts4less customer services team arent able to do anything to help - completely ruined my week as parts were needed for a car service I had booked in for this week. wont be using this company again Also customer services promised me a refund of the promotional discount that wasnt correctly applied at the time of the order and they have failed to confirm that the refund has been processed despite me chasing up with them on 2 occasions.
Shocking experience, terrible service
Excellent service, order came next day. Price very competitive and power washer very good on my garden paths, the jet spray being wider than a previously used different make, making it more efficient. The only confusing aspect of the order is that the advertised picture shows a reel within the handle for winding on and storing the high power hose, which the item does not have.
Hard to beat the service from Car Parts 4 less. Item arrived next day and well packaged. Been using this company a while now and their service is the best out there.
