We were in Dublin in March, and I had no more room in my luggage for the bowls I wanted to purchase at Carrolls. So I purchased them online when we returned to the states. Minimal shipping and everything arrived in perfect condition within a week! I love my bowls and ornaments as keepsakes from our wonderful trip to Ireland.

I was on a recent trip to Ireland for the very first time and wanted to find a baseball style cap that said Ireland but never found one I truly liked. When I got home to the United States, I looked online and found Carrolls Irish Gifts. Lo and behold, there was the perfect hat and at a GREAT price, even with the shipping. I don't think I even waited a week for it and it was even better than I had imagined. I will definitely keep Carrolls Irish Gifts in mind in the future since I won't be able to visit Ireland again anytime soon 🙁

Ordering was quick and simple. Delivery was very quick. The engraving on the glass was imperfect but your customer service team were swift to remedy the issue and I can only give 5 stars from my experience.

As usual my items were of the highest quality. Ordering was simple and they arrived very quickly.
My order was placed directly on the Carrolls website (to replace a broken same item purchased from Amazon some time previously). This product had been deleted from the Amazon platform and was therefore not available to order. I contacted Carrolls Customer Service through my earlier Amazon purchase, and was directed to their website where I eventually located the product I required. This was not as straightforward as may be imagined. However dispatch, tracking and delivery was trouble free. No problems ordering and paying. Would use again if necessary.
2 different times i have purchased a SIZE 4 soccer ball. Both times I’ve received a plush squishy ball. I have emailed them on both occasions to explain the error. They just send a refund and that’s that. No offer to make it right and send the correct product, no effort to look into it so it didn’t happen the second time, and they wouldn’t even refund my shipping on the second order until I got the wrong item again, at which point they just refunded it and made some vague comment about bad sku numbers. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I figured anyone can make a mistake once, but when it happens the same way a second time, it’s just a case of people not giving a damn about their customers.
I was looking for an Aran sweater. I quickly found what I wanted on the Carrolls website (colour and style), at a very good price. Having ordered it with no difficulty it arrived quickly and was a very good fit and just as I hoped it would be.
Your site was easy to navigate, and making a purchase was smooth. Considering that I am in the US, I was pleased with how easy it all was and how soon the products arrived, The earrings I ordered are as beautiful as they were in the pictures. I will point out that several of the cookies inside the tin were broken, so maybe they don't travel well. But I'm sure they will taste good.
It's very pretty, but i was disapointed,that It's not made of Silver and it did not come in a nice case. So i had to buy a pretty giftbox. I love all the Celtic Items and i love Ireland and your wonderful friendly people.
