Great service good products and price but also great customer service in sorting a printer issue that wasn’t their problem but their tech support got me round the issue of printer only working with manufacturer’s own expensive cartridges. Cartridge People will be my first stop for products and service.
Very good customer service provided by Alison today. She speedily resolved an issue I had with a faulty printer cartridge and a replacement is being sent immediately. The company is very reliable and delivery is speedy and efficient. Very competitive prices too.

Unfortunately one of my cartridges failed to work in my printer, but I contacted via the online form and a replacement was sent out that day and arrived the next day. Stephen was very helpful and I will definitely use them again.
I had problems getting my printer to accept the ink cartridges, that I had ordered. The staff at cartridge people bent over backwards to help and solve the problem. Also. the next day delivery services is much appreciated. A special mention to Stephen and Rachel for their help.

So often one feels abandoned when trying to deal with customer service but Cartridge People were most supportive and helpful right from the get-go. Dealing with them made me feel that we were working together, to get a resolution. They wanted a speedy resolution to my problem, just as I did and were on my side throughout. I have been a customer of theirs for many years (like my late mother) and cannot fault the company.
Excellent customer service from Stephen who was quick with his responses to my issue. He suggested a couple of solutions to my problem (toner not being recognised) which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. Stephen replaced the faulty toner cartridge on next day delivery. Really excellent customer service. Great company. Update* New cartridge arrived and is working perfectly. Highly recommend this company. Great standards of customer care.
I made a mistake in ordering cartridges that I did not know would work in my printer. A very kind person explained to me why which I knew nothing about. So thanks cartridge people for explaining to me and of course thanks for the refund on this occasion exceptional service
I ordered the wrong cartridge, only realising this after I had taken it out of the packaging. And because I had removed the original packaging, they were unwilling for me to return it. It's less about the money lost, and more about the fact that this cartridge will now be completely wasted. Not very eco-friendly Cartridge People! Why not just take it back and have a second hand selling on your website - I'm sure someone would love to have this on the cheap, but I don't have time to sell it myself.
I bought a label printer which had me tearing my hair out. Hannah from the Technical Support team was amazing and guided me through tests to check for faults. In the end she offered a full refund. i won't buy a Brother product again but will definitely buy from Cartridge People. Thanks, Hannah
After a while I had an issue with toner cartridge's leaking but when I contacted Stephen at customer services they immediately sent out replacements without a quibble.

Ordered ink cartridges but they were blocked by my printer… contacted cartridge people and received a quick response and they sent alternate cartridges which worked fine… disappointing that the first set did not work… otherwise would have been 5 stars

Never buy from these crooks, sent cartridge that are not compatible, does not meet requirements, they do not mention that on their Website, you will only realize when you try to fit it to you'r printer. Worst part is never replied to the e mail or contact sent to the customer service, no refund, nothing, absolute crooks.
