Company is difficult to get prompt email replies, having to wait up to 5 days. I had to chase my refund. I have bought from Celtic on a number of occasions but this latest dealing I would think twice from purchasing!

My aqualamb boots which I have owned for about two years needed resoling. They have always fitted and been brilliant. I noticed Celtic and Co would resole them and I was thrilled. I originally sent them in mid January This cost £50. They were returned and I was unable to walk in them because they had no fit or grip around the heel anymore. Previously they had been perfect. I returned them with explanations and asked that they be mended properly this time. This was in early March and I am still waiting for them to come back. Despite vaguely annoying emails from a variety of people, nothing has been done. They were promised to be back to me by 26th April but are now promised by 1st May. I asked for a refund or a new pair of boots to no avail. I used to wear these boots every day. It is due to their very shoddy repair that I have now been without my boots for two months and they seem completely uninterested. Whatever you do, do not use their resoling service.
The merino jumpers I ordered are lovely and even better than I expected. They are a nice weight for spring especially in our climate. Sizing accurate, ordering is easy, the descriptions are accurate and delivery was quick

So delighted with my kilt. Lovely quality and style. Really pleased with the Derby boots. Though I did have to reorder as the usual 6/39 was too big. The 5/38 is generous to but with thick socks, which a prefer, they are great. Great quality for both, with prompt, easy customer service. Thank you
Great slippers, comfy and hard wearing.
Great sheepskin boots, I use them as slippers for the robust sole. Bought to replace a pair that are so many years old I have worn holes in them. Very warm. I am intending to buy a pair for my partner who complains about cold floors and the draught around his ankles.
A lovely looking cardigan but within a day it had bobbled so much it looked terrible. I regret buying it
