Under no circumstances will I consider purchasing literally anything from CRC from 2024 onwards. My ebike's frame has developed a fault, the only method of fixing the frame is through their warranty process, however CRC isn't honouring any warranties from pre 2024, and the administration company has now shut down fully, they point to the manufacturer (Vitus aka CRC) for recourse who are pointing to the administration company, a circular blame game. So, with 3 years of my promised remaining warranty gone, I'm literally left with a completely written off bike with no fix possible from CRC nor Vitus on the table. Their customer service still points to the administrators for past warranty support, but they've closed down as of 18th april 2024, so CRC customer support is actively misleading their old customers about warranty coverage.
No customer service contact details on website. Not processing refunds. Been put into liquidation and not bought by Frasers / Sports Direct. Sent several hundred pound order back but not heard from them and noway to contact them. Only using Sigma Sports and Tredz going forward. Note changed terms of trade to 28 days now post bankruptcy.
Don’t waste your time buying from them. No customer service will replay to you. I ordered bikes I haven’t received them 10days.
Never again. Ordered a bunch of bike parts worth £148 and they lost them in the post and now will not respond to any ways to contact them. Over a week and no parts plus no refund or replacements. Useless.
Since changing owners I wouldn't recommend this shop at all it used to be my go place to get parts if my local shop didn't have what I needed. Wouldn't even bother looking on here for bikes or bike parts now it such a crap selection and gone cheap brands and branding save yourself time and find a proper bike website
What an amazing online shop for any bicycle fan. I think it is well known all over the world. I remember buying a Race Face Ride crankset for less than $100 which is almost free! Quick delivery. Good price.
Since the change of owner ship I've used these once since and what a shambles it is. I highly doubt ill use again due to only receiving 1 item of mine missing the other 4 items. With no way of finding an email address to sort this out.

Was definitely a bit apprehensive about going back to Chain Reaction Cycles after a numbers of years given the much reported issues with the parent company – Wiggle etc. Thankfully goods (two x front bike lights + speed/cadence sensors for £80) arrived, albeit a day longer than expected. When I ordered the goods I received confirmation by email, but nothing after that, which was a bit concerning after 4 days. However, when I logged into my account all the information was there, so check your Chain Reaction account for updates. Have given 4 stars rather than 5 due to the lack of updates to email i.e. you order has been dispatched etc., which is pretty standard these days.
Returns were 90 days, now 28. Stuck with lots of items I don't want. Won't order again.

STEER CLEAR BUY YOUR BIKE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY! DO NOT USE Awful company when an item arrived damaged they send us a link of how to fit the item and say heres a link so you can purchase it yourself!!! Really the bike arrived with a part that they had apparently checked? Not very well obviously and 2 parts dropped out of the end bent and apparently we have fitted it incorrectly. I do not think so. I feel anyone with similar issues to me should get together and put a law suit against the company as it is just not acceptable to send a brand new bike with broken parts and then not accept liability. Awful awful awful DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
Bike is looks amazing but there is a few QC issues. such as the forks installed backwards and the cables twisted. Chain reaction are blaming me for the forks being installed incorrectly when i didnt even touch them out of the box. with result of this being on backwards 2 of the cables have been twisted. Also the back wheel was fully seized up out of the box so i knew i had problems.....

Ordered Sidi Sidi Shot 2 Dzero Cycling Shoes at £126.99 last item in stock, or so they said. 24 hours later they cancelled the order saying sticking issue and refunded. This is not the first time they have done this to me. They are a horrible company and they should have fulfilled their end of the purchase. I told them I'd be giving negative publicity at every opportunity such are my feelings towards how they do your business. If they were a decent company they would source the order and get it sent out. I then went back into the site 48 hours later and the same shoes were Available to order. So I ordered them again and 24 hours later they cancelled the order saying stocking issue, unbelievable. Stay away.

Took 4 days for my order to be processed. Didn’t receive any updates on my order nor a confirmation email but my money has been taken.
Bought my son a bike for Christmas, he rode the bike for two minutes before the rear shock exploded- sent the bike straight back for repair it took over two months to be returned! Not only that but at no point are you able to speak to someone on a phone and the company state it’s not their policy to offer any compensation at all despite the fact they supplied a faulty product and left my son without a bike for over two months. Won’t ever use this company again worst customer service I have ever recieved.
I bought a replacement groups for my mountain bike and within a few weeks the ratchet on the gear shifter broke. This is when I found out you cannot actually speak to anyone in customer services. After 2 failed attempts at a "Chat", I emailed and eventually got a reply asking for details and photos which were sent. Several more emails were exchanged until I was asked to download a warranty form. By now it was about 10 days after my initial contact. The whole process was so slow and unhelpful , I bought a new gear shifter elsewhere. Life is too short to jump through so many hoops for a £20 item
Order placed Saturday. realised wrong bike ordered. Emailed immediately. No response all Sunday. Now told cannot change order and have to return when it gets here. What a JOKE.
