Everything about Chambers and Beau is just perfect. They are so creative with the jewelery they produce but you always have the option to create your own pieces or make adjustments to a piece to make it just right for yourself. The quality of their jewelery is top notch I have purchased many pieces and have always been totally delighted with everything. They are also so helpful with any alterations you would like done and very reasonable prices too. A great company making high quality products with superb service, what more could you ask for!

I had a little adjustment that needed doing on a bracelet. I sent it Wednesday and I received it back on Saturday. I had frequent emails from the company updating me. Fabulous jewellery and I will definitely purchase from this wonderful company again.

So pleased to receive the Brighter Days necklace with the Jade semi precious stones. A great design with the charm carrier not only carrying the beautiful new sun charm in sterling silver I had chosen but also taking the place of the clasp too. Very effective; I love it. Teresa T
I wasnāt too sure about lengths, also if charms could be added to existing chains so I sent off a question and got a very prompt response from Matt. What can I say, Matt was so so helpful and friendly and no question was too stupid or too much of a pain to answer. I ended up placing an order for a chain as well as the charms and Iām thrilled with it. Beautiful quality, so unique and arrived promptly.

I discovered C&B almost 2 years ago, I purchased my first ever item last week. What can I say? ā¢ exceptional quality, it is just so so beautiful. ā¢ the personalisation is perfect and very unique. I had mine and my husbands names and year we met engraved. It makes me smile every time I look at my necklace. ā¢ super fast delivery, arriving 4 days after ordering. ā¢ the packaging and gift bag. I am more than delighted with the excellent customer service that I have received from this company, especially my many dealings over the last two months with a gentleman called Matt. Matt was fantastic in helping me with my decisions keeping me updated at all times and all of his advice on my extra additions to my wife's Christmas presents. I was fortunate to deal with Matt back in September 22 when I purchased my wife's Anniversary Present the complete "Life's a Beach set" with additional charms again everything was perfect, but the set I purchased for my wife's Christmas present the complete MOON DUST collection again with extra charms & both set's of ear candy one set for hair up & one set for hair down looked absolutely fantastic, my wife was over the moon on opening each individual box just like a kid in a sweet shop, very classy elegant looking jewellery she is so very happy with the new collection, everything is beautifully presented wrapped in tissue accompanied with a classy pink jewellery tie sack then into a pure white Chambers & Beau box, Matt I cannot thank you enough for all of your help & advice your excellent customer service and of course you patience with my many many e-mails.
