Customer service needs improvement other than that, products are great and well made.
More than a month have passed and my package has not been delivered as promised 6-8 days! it was a birthday gift! My shipment has been stuck for three weeks in Barcelona and not moving. shipping company is not responding to my emails. This company is silent too. Not responding to my emails, ignoring me. Can you do something???

Poor product quality, even poorer customer service, ordered product in Feb 2024 received towards end of Feb 2024, have used it for 1 1/2 month and already the seams have started coming apart. The PU is peeling away on the corners and bag flap. It's not a cheap bag either at £89.00 one would expect it to last but it's worse than high street brands. What's appalling is CC saying the product is out of the 30days return window??? who wants to return and buy again from a horrible brand like this.....disgusting that brands still rip off like this
I got Saskia Slouchy Tote Bag - Cream and it is the best bag I’ve ever received. So much stuff fits into this bag and it looks very beautiful. You can style it with lots of outfits.
J’ai commandé deux talons il y’a plus de 5 mois. Le livreur m’appelle avoir passé et me dit qu’il a trouvé personne à la maison, ce qui est faux. Le transporteur a entamé la procédure de retour et depuis j’écris au service clients pour un remboursement mais en vain, on me demande d’attendre que les produits soient retournés alors que dans le suivi du colis ça l’est depuis plus de 4 mois. C’est inacceptable

Experience with Charles & Keith never disappointed me. It is like when affordable meets quality! I especially love the leather bags. I recently got 2 L and XL size bags hut they are not huge. They fit my Ipad and work documents just fine!! Almost everyday I get asked about where my bag is from.
Als Kunde habe ich leider eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung mit dem Charles & Keith Online-Shop gemacht. Nachdem ich meine bestellte Ware innerhalb der vorgegebenen Frist zurückgesendet habe, warte ich nun seit ganzen vier Wochen auf die Rücküberweisung des Betrags. Trotz wiederholter Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice wurde ich lediglich vertröstet und erhielt keine konkreten Informationen über den Status meiner Rückzahlung. Sonst: Ware wurde sehr schnell geliefert, Qualität der Schuhe ist gut.
