Ich habe mich daraufhin bei Charlotte Tilbury gemeldet und das bestimmt 5 Mal per Mail aber ich erhielt nie eine Antwort. Kulanz ist ein Fremdwort! Totale Abzocke! Nie wieder Charlotte Tilbury!!!!
Staff at the Glasgow store are patronizing and generally can't be bothered. They ignore customers or, when have to serve them, look unhappy and grumpy. Awful experience, ruined my impression from the brand. I am not going to beg individuals to sell me a lipstick.
Great customer service, I contacted via email Sonia G, for a mistake I did during placing an order, I added the promo code and didn’t add the promo gift itself to my basket. I’m usually quite sceptical about products claiming to be amazing, but I have to say that the Charlotte Tilbury skincare really is magical! It has made my skin look and feel brighter and hydrated. I did have a problem with a lipstick which was broken, but it was replaced immediately, thanks to the amazing customer service by Sonia G!
