This company are amazing . The mugs that I had ordered arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged . One had been slightly damaged in the firing but was replaced immediately .

Great customer service and fast delivery. Upon delivery and realising one of the crates I had ordered, customer service responded quickly and sent a replacement out super fast.
I sent some items to be returned in mid November, it took me two months of emailing to get the refund into my account as they just kept not responding to my emails or saying they were dealing with it and then not following up. I was told at one point they had processed the refund when they hadn’t. A real waste of time and a shame as most of the clothing I ordered was nice, but I definitely wouldn’t order again due to the inefficient customer service.

About CHI CKI DEE bamboo charcoal sea salt scrub - I received this elegantly looking product for Christmas. It's packed smart and smells very pleasant upon opening - I was really looking forward to trying it. However it was alm together a very disappointing experience. After rubbing it on skin, the charcoal wouldn't come off with water or soap - when I dried myself with towel I realised my whole body is covered with dark grey patches (if I didn't notice the discoloration on my skin in the mirror, my white shirt would be ruinedfor the day). Additional soap scrubbing didn't help, had to ask my wife to assist with a paper towel to get it off. But it didn't end there, it left the white shower base covered with dark grey patches which required a separate scrubbing procedure to get off. By the time all this was finished, I was annoyed irritated, sweaty and late - not impressed. Won't use again, wouldn't recommend.
Never used Clear Pay before so a bit confud=sed as to how it worked but sorted it out. Preferred to pay all at once so did this but bit of a performance. Despatch was slow so followed up but got a very helpful response from April who let us know the situation. Parcel arrived in good time after that.
Had a bit of a roller coaster of an experience recently, but overall I'm glad that customer service got everything sorted. If you want to return something make sure you try emailing from two different addresses, my yahoo emails went unanswered for weeks but got almost an instant response on Gmail. Knowing that would have saved me loads of time and negativity! Anyway lovely shop, good prices. Slow delivery but always gets sorted in the end.
Quoted as taking up to 7 days to deliver something. Sent me an email on day 8 saying orders are delayed. No idea of when. I explained I needed the items quickly and could get it off Amazon cheaper if they got back to me. Days later got back to say they didn’t understand why I was annoyed and I could have a refund if I wanted. Item was out of stock on Amazon by that point. Truly awful customer service! Told me “we are only a small team” it’s an international company!! Arrived over 14 days after orders. I would t have bothered to write a review, but they sent me an email to submit one! So here you are!!

I wanted to return some items and so emailed the company to ask how to proceed. I was given the instructions. I heard no more. I then sent 3 x emails asking what was happening and included proof of postage . I also called and left messages on their phone. One month later I received an email apologising and saying my mails had gone into junk and they currently didn’t have a phone line. Not a great experience which is a shame as they have very interesting products

Order arrived promptly. Unfortunately, a couple of very fragile items arrived broken despite excellent packaging. Great customer service from April, who promptly sent out replacements which arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with my order and friendly, helpful customer service. I will shop here again 🙂
