Last time I order from Chocolate…

Last time I order from Chocolate Society. I’d decided to order some of my wife’s favourite chocolate ahead of her 40th birthday, picked up a couple of bars. Usually I’m one to resent paying high shipping fees, but looking on the website it states they use DPD who are usually pretty swift. Fast forward 5 days and I’d had no confirmation of shipping, so contacted the company via their webchat. After a day (and on my wife’s birthday) of no response, I decided to email them instead. 4 days later and I’ve had absolutely no response from anyone in customer service, which is really poor. To be late is one thing, to charge a high shipping fee and also be later is another, but ignoring customer support is the final nail for me.

Excellent service. I entered an incomplete address on a gift order and in spite of this being my error the chocolates were delivered with some extra treats. A helpful customer orientated company. Good chocolate as well. Thanks

Excellent Customer Service

Purchased the shaker and chocolate drops online. Credit card was charged yet no sale or delivery acknowledgment from the Chocolate Society. When I emailed them I received a prompt reply and the goods were sent in good time. If it was not for that, I would have given a rating of 5 stars. However, their customer service gets the 5 stars. The bag of chocolate drops arrived opened and the drops were all inside the box. What was left in the bag I felt was too contaminated to consume, so threw it all out. I emailed them and they sent a prompt apology and sent out a replacement box of chocolate drops immediately. On top of that, they included a box of chocolate pecans. A nice touch. Problems and accidents do happen when goods are being delivered, but it is the customer service that makes the company bad or outstanding, and I am pleased to say that the customer service at the Chocolate Society is outstanding. The chocolate is unique too, so will buy again from them with confidence.
