Dislikes (sadly): Delayed shipping. No special characters for the engraving. Logo design on the case backing, because of the threading I’m assuming, does not symmetrically align to the watch. Again (and sadly), I do not believe that the price-tag reflects the fabled Swiss watch workmanship. Likes: Cool (expensive) watch besides some of the flaws. Retirement gift to myself.

email requests ignored 3 requests given to do one simple transaction seems you have a poor service department i once had a phone call to a man in the service dept who couldnt seem to care less. i am not now recommending christopher ward as I have been--a shame

Shipping was quick with the watch arriving within a couple of days. I love the packaging - feels sturdy and secure. As for the watch itself… wow! Went for the 36mm white sealander GMT on a bader bracelet and was not disappointed. Can’t stop looking at the dial. I also got a brown leather strap as well which arrived with the watch. Changing over the straps can be a bit fiddly at first, but it’s better than normal push pins and drilled lugs and is a breeze when you get used to it. Overall great watch, great experience
My watch was packaged with care and arrived a bit earlier than expected. I bought the Titanium XII in purple and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've had it for 7 months and have no regrets. The only negative was the import fees, but that has nothing to do with the watch or manufacturer. I've already seen a couple more watches of theirs that I'll be buying before long.
The watch is lighter than it looks, wearing comfortably on my hand. A good looking watch.

I've been eyeballing CW for a while but with so many options I didn't know what to pick. One of the downsides of the online only platform is you can't check any watches out in person... But they have a generous return policy. Which I will NOT be using because this C65 Dune with the sand dial is beautiful. Getting multiple half-links AND quick micro adjustmentment on the clasp makes getting the perfect fit a breeze. Getting way more watch for the $ than other brands. DHL delivered my package a few days later than the estimated delivery date but that's not CW's fault.
