Excellent! Bought a hot tools curl bar and the price was much better than anywhere else. Delivery was extremely quick too. Appreciated the samples given also, would happily buy from here again!

Absolutely brilliant 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Recently found CH Tralee on Google website. Was sceptical at first ordering from an unknown website but after a bit of research I purchased 80 euro worth of stuff from them. The items I have purchased arrived next day to my home. I was extremely happy with the way the items were wrapped and packaged also my package came with a little magazine and a thank you card😊. Will be a returning customer to CH delighted with this amazing service 👍.
I recently had my eyes tested at CH. I must say the lady who tested my eyes was 1st class and the test was the most thorough I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Ch for optical tests and glasses.

Had a product that was missing part of its treatment in the box contacted ch tralee and they had no problem sent a return free postage sticker for the faulty product and sent me one back with full tube off clarins exfoliating gel,and little samples also ,It's things like this that brings your custom back nice as a consumer to be appreciated, and by word off mouth also have family member purchasing from here also ,

Absolutely terrible service by Ch Chemist Opticians, Went in to the opticians during the week to book an appointment for eye test. Very kind man behind the counter took my details and told me they'd give me a call on Saturday to arrange an appointment, on Saturday I received a phone call from a lady working in the opticians which lasted less then a minute as it got cut off, I then rang back thinking the line got cut off only to be answered by some other lady who was very polite and directed my call to the opticians line, so the next person answered the phone who was not so kean to help, I tried to explain that I was just on the phone wih one of the ladies from the opticians arranging the appointment but the line got cut off during the conversation , she asked for my name and as soon as she heard my name she called out loud to her colleague near by "some foreign one is on the phone looking for an appointment " then asked me to call out my phone number and told me I will be contacted by phone within the next quarter of an hour, but they never did. One thing for sure, I am really disappointed with this service even though I have been their customer in the past both the opticians and pharmacy, but I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward, as this is just utterly disrespectful and unacceptable.

Hi, I just provided a 2.5 review of CH chemist. I did have a bad experience this week with one sales person but just to note my expectations of this chemist is really high as it has been in the past. I looked at some of the other reviews and they reminded me of how good CH are. Their attention to detail was flawless during lockdown with deliveries online. CH is a beautiful chemist and a pleasure to visit in Tralee.
I really like this company. Great product range, great service, and fast delivery. I found them by accident when I was looking for a certain product I couldn't find elsewhere, and later ended up buying a lot of my Christmas presents here. An online Irish pharmacist I would definitely recommend.

Great to deal with & excellent selection of products at all prices. I keep track of their offers and regularly buy cosmetics and toiletries from them. The girls give good honest advice, especially Maeve. Always get lovely generous samples with my order & have bought new products based on trying the samples. I’m a really happy Wicklow based repeat customer delighted to get next day delivery, that’s free with spend of €45.
Great service and very quick delivery. Ordered two items and one of them was unfortunately, out of stock. I was promptly refunded and informed the effort was made to order the item from the supplier,but sadly it has been discontinued. The order came with lots of free samples. Would happily order from them again.
