Probably the quickest and most helpful team of people I have come across when ordering products from the many online designer stores I have used over the years. Had queries on a couple of sizes of things and they came back really quickly with a series of measurements which really helped me. Good prices on some sale items which I was really happy with
Worst service ever, courier delivered my order with one item missing and demaged parcel box.I provided all evidence to CF Customer Service.They just ignored me and didn't offer any solution.I lost my money,very disappointed, never going order again!!

I did not initially leave a review for this company when I made my purchase, but I believe they deserve one. At the time, there were numerous negative reviews, and it made me quite anxious about receiving my order. However, I am pleased to report that the entire process was seamless, and my order arrived promptly and without any problems. Additionally, the items I purchased were offered at a very competitive price.
I ordered a CP Clothing hoodie for my son for Christmas. The thread on the pocket had come undone and caused a hole spotted on first wear! Neither Circle or CP Clothing would give us an exchange. This is a disgrace at the cost of £185, and to be accused of causing the hole too. We genuinely did not cause the defect and we are now out of pocket. Would never purchase from Circle, or CP Clothing. Scoring 1 score as there is nothing lower.

Second hand clothes I bought a coat cost £580 on opening the box my wife smelt after shave on it and I could smell it this was packed terrible screwed up then had to pay to return it very disappointed as the coat was lovely bit tight xl it’s not xl more like large I will not use this company go to flannels they help you not like this company again be warned

I've never used Circle Fashion before so crossed my fingers when I ordered a Belstaff sweatshirt as a Christmas present. The item was ordered at 4pm on Monday and DPD attempted delivery at 12.20 on Tuesday - then left it at a local Drop Off point where I collected it at 3.30 .... STILL less than 24 hours after ordering!!!! Truly exceptional service 10/10

Every order I have made has been dispatched the same day(the latest I have ordered is 2pm). I had to return an item, they sent out the replacement the same day they received the return and refunded the postage. Easy to contact as they have a contact number which seems to be a rarity these days.
