Fast tracked delivery. Lovely soft, silky extensions which matched my natural hair perfectly. Extensions even have silicone at the clips for extra grip. Perfect. Will be back for more.
would not even give one star to be honest, hair hasnt even lasted 3 months. feels like horse hair it is constantly matted tuggy and comes out in massive clumps. correct aftercare followed i have had hair extensions for a number of years. i contacte customerservice was offered a partial refund, accepted the partical refund and still actually waiting onit. think its ridiculous, the hair does not last at all! it was soft for the first 2 days.

I bought these hair extensions after not having some for many years a few months back and after 2/3 uses the hair is like fake horse hair and all bushy. I’m so annoyed as I’ve paid to use all the proper clip hair products on it too. How do I complain?
I've been buying clip in hair & nano hair extentions from cliphair for about 3 years.. The Customer service is always fantastic. Absolutely devastated! 5 weeks of using my 24 inch clip in hair it is now a horses mane! It is thick! It is NOT human hair!!!!! I paid £200 for it! I can't beleive how bad the hair is, I washed it and conditioned it and it took me 2.5 hours to brush it, upon washing it it rose into a dreadlock matted mass and I lost over a third of the hair in my brush trying to brush it out into hair again 🙁 I am so upset. I am going to pay to get the 'hair' tested to try and prevent anyone else being conned that this is human hair that lasts, it isn't human hair and it doesn't last! It's no different to the £10 hair you get on Shein that lasts a fortnight, they are providing the cheapest quality of 'hair' and charging prices for top end hair! It is disgusting! I will report this to Trading Standards after I have had the hair tested. It is crystal clear it isn't human hair and I now have matted unusable hair extensions after 5 weeks! Not okay!
WORST HAIR EVER!!!!! I firstly ordered the nanos felt lovely hair nice and thick then the hair was continuously shredding to the point my clothes were absolutely covered in hair they matt after styling I had 18 inches of hair ended up with about 10 inches they were that bad even tried there own hair mask. Contacted customer services got offered 20% money back after spending over £200 or 40% voucher got the voucher and re ordered a weft still absolutely shocking did exactly the same and got told the same again I can't believe the poor quality of these extensions and how much they snap and the prices your charged for them ive wasted so much money on these
I contacted via the WhatsApp on the website for a colour match. Briony got it spot on 🌟 replied to me and was ordered within 2 hours of my first contact. When they arrived they were packaged beautifully, they are super soft, easy to use and just absolutely stunning! Thankyou again x
Great customer service from Sarah and good quality product. Would order again in future with the confidence that this brand cares about their customers. Please note I purchased extensions remover, so I do not know the quality of the hair that is sold.
This was my first time ordering from cliphair The hair felt amazing i had to exchange for a different colour which was done so easily and new ones sent out very quick. Ive only just had the tapes fitted so cant comment but they fill so much better and secure from a previous seller so far im really happy If they last i will definitely be ordering again 😊
