Dealt with the most rude, dismissive, condescending supervisor at the Edinburgh Coach store. Clear defect in bag however was not listening to anything I was saying. First was told by another worker that I could have a replacement but then was told the opposite by the supervisor. What sort of practice is that? Left the store feeling super upset and humiliated infront of other customers. The supervisor was unwilling to listen to anything I had to say and kept repeating the same thing which was that there was nothing wrong with the bag when in reality there is clear evidence it is defective. However the swift dismissal I encountered at the store was truly reprehensible, leaving me feeling utterly unheard. Is this the standard of customer service that staff are aiming to achieve? Dismissing customers in such a patronising manner? Not listening to their concerns or even attempting to find a resolution? Appalling, abysmal behaviour and service.

Precio y calidad no encajan, las dos carteras y un bolso que compré, se pelan por dentro, incluso con poco uso. Una decepción tremenda. Al reclamar en tienda, se lavan las manos. Ni volveré a comprar, ni regalaré ni la recomendaré.Tengo bolsos y carteras más económicas de otras marcas y que a pesar del tiempo, están impecables. Un O a la marca Coach, solo es diseño, calidad ínfima y mala.

The shoes were dirty, as if someone had walked in them. Laces, lining, absolutely everything is stained, the paper filler is torn, the box is also all dirty. Very disappointed with the purchase
