Smooth process
Un sac à 300 € acheté 150 en soldes avec une bandoulière qui se casse alors qu’il est neuf. Soit disant il n’est pas possible de le réparer donc on me propose de le renvoyer ce que je refuse étant donné qu’il est en rupture de stock et que je ne retrouverai pas un sac à 150 € chez eux. On me propose de me rembourser 10% du prix soit 15 € donc même pas de quoi le faire réparer chez un tiers. Au moment de faire le virement soit disant cela ne fonctionne pas et on me propose un bon de réduction de 20%… ou comment pousser les gens à la consommation au lieu d’assumer ses responsabilités. Vraiment pas étonnée des autres commentaires. Je ne commanderai plus chez eux et vous conseille de faire de même.

My delivery was delayed because of an error on the company’s part. As I was only going to be at that location for a short while, I rang customer care to ask when the new delivery date would be. It was so frustrating to constantly be told ‘we are sorry we can’t say’. I explained my situation and asked if I could get a refund if my bag was not going to be delivered by the end of the week. I was told ‘no, you’ll have to return the bag to us’. I again explained that I was leaving the country so if the delivery wasn’t going to be before I left, I wouldn’t be here to receive it. I got the same response ‘you can only get a refund if you return the bag’. To say I was hugely frustrated, is an understatement. NEVER will I support this company again. COACH CANADA

This is the first time I’ve purchased anything from Coach, unfortunately for me, I’m still waiting for my order since 18th April, I have messaged customer service who have advised that they are waiting for the warehouse to respond, it’s been a week since that email has been sent. But still nothing. I expected more from a reputable company like tbisv

I bought a hand bag MRP $428, used it for the first time and within one hour of the use I started noticing the first layer of the bag material started peeling off from all four bottom edges. It was a shock for me, as it was an expensive product. I wrote an email to Coach customer service that I wanted to return it. The reply I got from them was even more shocking for me, the lady at the customer care replied that “it is simple wear and tear and it does not come under warranty”. I’m really disappointed and was not expecting such a bad quality and poor customer service from a brand like COACH. I wish there was an option below one star.

Das Leder an den "Emilia Mary Jane"-Ballerinas hat sich bei mir bereits nach zweimaligem Tragen an der Spitze eines Schuhs abgelöst. Coach bietet auf der eigenen Website eine "zweijährige Garantie ab Kaufdatum" inklusive Reparaturservice an. Ich kontaktierte daraufhin den Kundenservice und wurde mit meiner Bitte auf Anspruch dieser Garantie abgewiesen, da es sich angeblich um "Abnutzungsschäden" handele. Nach zweimaligem Tragen erschließt sich mir das beim besten Willen nicht. Wirklich ärgerlich und schade um die ansonsten schönen Schuhe, da ist sogar die Qualität von billigen Deichmann-Schuhen besser. Einen Stern gibt es immerhin für die schnelle Antwort des Kundenservice.
