The phone case I ordered is super cute and durable! Only one minor flaw is that I ordered a shock resistant type case but it’s actually the case I ordered with an added case inside which I’m assuming is the shock resistant one which I don’t love. I assumed it would be just one case. Still really love the product and would buy again 🙂

Quick delivery. I’m constantly asked when I’m out and about where I got my watch strap from. It’s made my Apple Watch feel much more like my style.
Ordered a medi alert to go onto strap of I phone. Slightly damaged. E-mailed them and replied within minutes and a replacement was sent. Would definitely order something again.
The item I received came in a torn and broken box and the quality was poor. Took a lot of negotiation to request that they paid for the returns as they said it was damaged in the post. I sent pictures which clearly showed that the inside section, holding the watch strap was torn, as well as the external box. They offered to send a new box which I declined as I needed to gift the item the following day and they “argued” that it was my responsibility to pay for return postage. Eventually they agreed to pay when I mentioned my consumer rights. Would never buy from them again.
My phone charm has snapped twice. The black string broke when very little force was put on it (but I managed to fix that) and now the sting with the beads has just snapped while my phone was rested on a table. I do not hold my phone with the charm so there is no reasonable explanation as to why it has snapped. Very upset as the charm is otherwise beautiful.
Came across Coconut Lane, London by complete accident, I’m glad I did! Absolutely thrilled with my new iPhone case, quality is brilliant material is robust, the volume and power button protrudes slightly from the side so easier to use and the print isn’t just a cheap transfer. Exactly as pictured on the website. I would highly recommend and will be passing info to friends and family.
