This was my first experience of ordering from Coggles and it certainly won’t be my last. Lovely belt at a great price and arrived well packaged the following day.
I completely agree with Marin Buric's post regarding Coggles being a bunch of con artists. They have recently admitted that an item on their website is not in stock but happy to process the order and not immediately refund my money when they delivered the wrong trainers TWICE. I have also found myself being passed from pillar to post with not one person taking accountability and explaining why this happened or apologising or rectifying the matter for the customer who has been mistreated. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this site or waste your time there are much more professionally run and legitimate websites out there with honest authentic customer service departments who want to do a good job. These guys are just stealing people's money and putting the onus on the customer to rectify it, it smacks of desperation and is illegal.
Really disappointed, bought items over £300 on Tuesday night and was still eligible for next day delivery. Got an email from Coggles on Wednesday to say there would be a small delay, a further email later that day said it had now been dispatched. Now Friday night and still nothing, as this was for a birthday I’ll now have to go and buy somewhere else. Would not recommend Coggles to anyone.

I contacted Coggles regarding a Marc Jacob ring, which although costing originally £100 came attached to a piece of cardboard. As this was a gift I contacted them to ask for a box and was just told that I could have £10 off my next purchase, £5 after postage. Rubbish customer service and I won’t be using them again.
Great bag but ordered the wrong colour! Unfortunately only limited colours on your website. Returning product soon
