I received my beautiful furniture and I’m very happy. The first delivery crew was a colossal failure, but on the next try Coleman’s sent me a top crew of delivery guys. They were professional & put my furniture together quickly & were in and out. Thank you Coleman’s for rescheduling me quickly & addressing my concerns. I will buy again!
It's a beautiful, well made set and half of the price as other websites and you can't beat free shipping which would probably cost $200+. This is a heavy set, screws are easy to strip if you use a drill so go slow with the drill most of the way and then use the tool to finish off, my advice is pre drill the holes a little first. Would love to postage pic

I was so hesitant for an online purchase from a non-mainstream shop. I was NOT disappointed in the slightest! Not only did I get my order 8-WEEKS EARLY but it was also a pleasant experience from purchase to post delivery. Customer service included me every step of the way and the delivery drivers took their time to fluff my pillows 🙂 They arrived on time and were hilarious. I’ll happily spend more with this business, they treat their customers like human beings, too !
I ordered two bedside tables from Coleman furniture. I called the day after receiving and asked for price match - they would not - I asked to return items for refund. They told me I would have to talk with a manager and they were off due to “holiday”. I called back and she told me the manager still was off due to “holiday” and they would not be doing anything towards my order bc it was over 5 days. Management hasn’t been at work for 10 days. So they say I am stuck paying way more than what other companies have it listed for. DO NOT BUY FROM COLEMAN FURNITURE! It is a total rip off. What company runs a business and has no management on the clock for 2 weeks at the time??? She further told me there were no notes on my account of me calling. I said how would I know your managers were on “holiday” for “Passover” if I had not called? No response. No customer service. No care for making the business transactions right. It’s all about them making a dollar while screwing the customer.
So I set up a delivery for white glove. The deliver Company shows up with the sorry we missed you sign and placed it on the door and left. They did not knock. They ignored my calls sending me to voicemail 5 times. I messaged them and asked if they would return and responded no. So I contacted their office and after 30 minutes, camera footage, and screenshots of the voicemail and the text from them, they convinced them to return. Almost 5 hours later. The delivery company calls me back. They inform me they are on their way and to answer the door this time. They show up. Stand in front of our door. And tell us they do not assemble because it’s not their job to do so. Then. They bring the items inside. My husband tells them again they need to assemble it. They refuse and go to their vehicle and ignore my husband. After 30 minutes of them being rude and unprofessional toward my husband, my husband tells them to leave our property. The Coleman company calls me and informs me I’m lying. That didn’t happen. They would not refund. And provided no solutions.

Broken items and they refused to do anything about it. I emailed they day it was delivered and they say they will get a replacement out asap. Now they say it can't be return because it's passed the 5 day return window. Stay far away from this company.
Order #6312796 We order our furniture from Coleman after having seen it at an Ashley store. My wife thought to look online to see if we could purchase it at a lower price and sure enough, Coleman Furniture had the exact set at much lower price. We ordered it online at it was in our living room in 2.5 weeks later. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! You can’t go wrong. Susan and John

I had been looking for new office furniture and was ready to make a purchase from Pottery Barn when I came across the Catalina Cottage Workspace. I contacted your business and talked with Joe Nino. Joe was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. He very promptly provided the quote and has followed up via email several times. I placed the order today! I have some specific delivery needs due to new hardwoods being installed in my home and Joe has confirmed he will personally get involved to make certain my delivery is delayed. I appreciate the great customer service and look forward to my beautiful new furniture.

Coleman offered the best price for the couch we loved! Delivery window was originally stated 4-5 weeks but it ended up being closer to 3-4 weeks which was awesome. Delivery was great.
