Very professional and in time
Ordered a Chantilly bedspread, have had 2 before and they have lasted so well so couldn't wait to receive new one. It is attractive but very lightweight which means it will not be suitable for my B&B guests in the autumn/winter. I complained to C&C and received an email back with no apology just informing me of the difference in weight ratio and suggested I should return it if I wasn't happy. Considering the £100 cost including a discount I am not sure it represents good value for money.
The website didn’t work for a few days and I got only incomplete responses from customer service - the only solution came when the website suddenly worked. Also, inventory was constantly changing. An item was available one day I’d try (unsuccessfully) to purchase and then not and back and forth.
