The conctacts came super early and it looks sooo good! Strong reccommendation for cosplaying. I brought red eye contacts for hu tao and it looks great. My eyes were fine, didnt feel uncomfortable.

I received the wrong prescription but because I've opened one of them I can't really send them back.
Ran out of my current contacts and still had my prescription info didn’t have the extra funds to buy more from a local eye doctor but buying here helped saved a lot of money and I was able to get the same brand & right prescription I needed of contact lenses so I am definitely buying more again from this website

I canceled an appointment within the same hour of ordering I had to email the company although they read it the next day I was told the order cannot be canceled and I had to physically return it. I had to pay for shipping both times and should have been given a free label to ship. Due to the company being in the UK is beyond customers control. These lense are not a costume accessories for me. I have very little iris and just want a normal looking color eyes. Therefore- I take this very seriously. I have yet to receive my refund!

Every time I place an order there is a delay in processing. I placed an order on 5/1 and still have no idea when I will receive my contacts.
The tracking # showed that the contacts were delivered somewhere in maryland, instead of the Arizona address on the order. The customer service team refunded my order, without any issue however. But then the contacts showed up a week later at my address, too late for the event I was attending.
