Products are great for the most part but often arrive broken. Many of the eyeshadow palettes I've purchased have arrived damaged. Also, every single discount code I've ever been given for making such large purchases or leaving reviews has been useless to me for when I go to apply them, every single time without fail, I get an error code. Granted it's only a $5 coupon but when I spend a hundred plus dollars in most orders, I think I'm entitled to a slight discount. Customer service is also lacking for whenever I have a question or an issue, I very rarely get a response, And if I do it's never in a timely manner.

My order came pretty fast considering that I ordered from Romania, everything was wraped carefully and non of the eyeshadows were broken. ColourPop quality is really good and I am happy with my selection of products.

I bought the lippi stick and eyeshadow sticks. Love them all. Also purchase them at target and Ulta when I am there. I had been wanting to try them for quite a a while...so glad I did.
I have enjoyed various products from this company for several years. My last order of No Filter Concealer lost the applicator off of the stem, ( 2 different tubes). My last order of Ultra Matte Lip seems to almost spew out of the tube. Really disappointed.

The quality of the products is amazing! This is the first time that I can wear eyeshadow without my eyes getting irritated! Great product, great quality! It took about a month to get to the UAE, but all the products were in perfect condition.
I love the diverse range Colourpop has. Unlike what we have here in Australia. Prices are good. Freight can be expensive. Always enjoy shopping with Colourpop
Stay away from this dishonest company. They charged me 4 times for 1 order. There was even a limit of one order listed on their site. They won't respond to my numerous emails asking for a resolution and when I filed a dispute with my financial institution, Colourpop lied, supplied an edited version of my account order page to further their narrative. I provided all the correspondence and a truthful screenshot of their charges on my account and won. Went looking deeper into this company and found class action lawsuits, allegations their ingredients are not FDA approved, paid positive reviews and lots more. Now I don't believe anything they advertise. Avoid this company at all costs.
