Además he recibido un mail sospechoso de Seur aduanas pidiendome factura y justificante de pago, les he enviado un email a los de cosatto preguntando si era normal o es algún timo…y no me han contestado. A alguien más le ha pasado?

My daughter in law was very pleased with this Wow 2 special edition everything package which came recommended by friends. Everything was there and a good 90 mins was spent assembling it all and checking it out - it looks great! Unfortunately DPD chose to leave the many & bulky packages at the bottom of the lane because their driver had previously driven into a ditch, which made life difficult.
Have recently made 2 purchases directly from Cosatto First purchase was the Wow 2 All-Stage Everything Bundle in Midnight Jungle, and the second was the Noodle 0+ Grow Your Own Highchair. Delivery on both occasions was brilliant, very quick. When registering for the first guarantee I found this was a very quick process and liked that it links to your online account so you can see everything in the one place. The issue has been when we have tried to register the guarantee for the highchair - the website has been unable to 'find' the product, when this happens, it advises you to go to the product page to make sure the guarantee is available. I already knew that this was the case as I would not have made the purchase otherwise. Upon searching for the item, I found that it was no where on the website (but other highchairs on sale were, and they were showing the guarantee). I tried to register the guarantee on Monday 22nd April, when this did not work I tried to use the online chat option, this was showing as unavailable (even though we were within the opening times), so I sent an email instead. The email should have been replied to within 3 working days, this has now passed, and each time I check the online chat, it is still showing as 'offline'. Unfortunately I am now outside the 28 day window to register the guarantee, which is very frustrating, however I do have evidence (email) to show that we have tried our best to rectify this within the timescale. I am hoping someone will see this and assist us with this issue. Update: I have checked my account and both guarantees are now showing - thanks to Cosatto for sorting this out for us, we now have peace of mind, rating had been updated to reflect this
Bought a goggle mix a few years back. Pram wheels went after 6 months allegedly too much off roading. This was fixed but took some effort. Car seat is dreadful and is very unsafe. To the point you can't use it, their customer service won't accept any problems and fob you off. Other than design the products are terrible. Don't risk your child's life but elsewhere

We ordered the Wow 3 Everything Bundle and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Everything arrived as expected, earlier than the original due date. Every component feels like quality and the different parts of each system fit together so easily. It was so simple to assemble and begin using. We love the Doodle Days design and can't wait for our baby to enjoy the lovely, stimulating patterns. To top it all, the car-seat base was straightforward to install - helped by the straightforward instructions. We love this package and will definitely use Cosatto again.
Purchased a woosh trail and footmuff and absolutely love the products. Sturdy, lightweight and folds down small. Struggled to register the warranty online but went on online chat and was done in minutes. Super helpful, friendly and efficient.

I have used the Cosatto WOW for all 3 of my children and it is really durable. It has great storage at the bottom and is very comfortable to travel with. Cosatto also have an amazing aftersales service. Five stars!

Product is fantastic, compact, zippy and beautifully designed. Baby seems very happy in their new travel system. Fast delivery too. Very happy with our purchase and will definitely revisit Cosatto for future purchases down the line.
Good quality, lovely fox design. Easy to fit. Delivery wasn't so good ... Delivered on time but box chucked at doorstep upside down, with large tear in box.

Feel so lucky to come across this stroller. It got everything we need:light, compact, while can sit kids up to 22kg per seat, great size basket, easy to fold and open. Great price. Very happy. Wish I found out earlier about it.
