I thought that the size was incorrect. I received an immediate response. I sent more than one email & there was a quick resolve. I love my new fireplace!
This will be second time I am ordering patio furniture. Last years purchase is still in great condition. Hoping for the same this year. Product was timely, and easy to put together

L'îlot est magnifique, qualité au top, et montage ultra facile avec une notice très détaillée et toutes les pièces NUMÉROTÉES !!!!! même Ikea ne fait pas ça !!!! Vraiment un grand bravo à cette enseigne !!!! J'étais toute seule pour le monter et aucun souci. L'îlot une fois monté est très lourd. Expérience à 500% positive!!!!

I made my first order at Costway recently. My order was delivered quickly. When I noticed an issue with the item I ordered during the assembly process I reached out to customer support. They responded in a timely manner and were extremely helpful. They tried to work with me to figure out if the issue could be solved at my end. When the issue still could not be resolved they gave me a full refund. They've earned my trust. I plan on making future orders from Costway.
