It took a very long time from ordering to delivery to my friends. It was a thank you present and I began to wonder if they would ever get it!
Good information on progress of order. Came well packed and good healthy plants.
The plants I received are such a good size, will definitely be buying more. Love the wicker cloches & they look lovely in the garden as well as being useful.
Received two deliveries recently, the first was of 4 packs of the Summer Nights collection and the second was of 2 packs of Ruby Amethyst collection. I had made an order myself and my daughter and son had also ordered the collections as my Mothers Day gift. All the parcels were delivered in quality packaging, which was intact and u undamaged, however the plants were very dry and all 6 packs of Verbena were so dry that the compost was loose, the plugs had disintegrated and the roots were bare. The petunias and calibrachoa plugs were still intact. This meant that on receipt, the verbena plugs had to be reassembled immediately after opening and after great care are now growing on well. Three of the calibrachoa plugs have not survived. I am confident I will have superb displays during the summer, as I have in previous years. However, confess to being very disappointed on receipt of my deliveries.
My husband is thrilled with the gloves which I bought him to tackle brambles. He says they do a great job.

Always happy with the plants, and if mistakes in the order happen at very busy times Crocus are very prompt in correcting them. I have used Crocus for some time and am confident in doing so for seasons to come.

So disappointed. All plants were small and poorly shaped, with few leaves, and some were straggly and in poor condition. I know that this time of year they don't look their best, but I would never have chosen these plants in person - you can get better specimens in the supermarket at the moment! Over £100 worth of plants (even with the "spring discount"). I bought from Crocus knowing it was expensive, because I wanted good quality! I feel like I've been mugged. Also, plants just dumped on doorstep (doorbell not rung).
For the most part I have been happy with several purchases from Crocus, however the Astrantia Buckland I received today was limp and has only 2 tiny leaves

Paid for 6 x 9cm pots. What I received were 6 plugs, very crudely shoved into 9cm pots with some soil. No roots in these pots, just plugs. The plants look very sorry for themselves and will now need me to do the work you should have done before I purchased. Seems like daylight robbery to me here. Thanks a lot Crocus, I'll shop elsewhere for my plants in the future

The plants arrived slightly battered but will recover in time. Hopefully they will be of good quality but too early to tell.
