Got everything I needed to put the new stereo in my pickup. The only problem was I had to modify the mounting bracket as it didn’t fit properly, it took an hour and a half to make it right. Other than that everything was very satisfactory.

Not only were they helpful on their website, but the customer service was amazing. I ordered a Kenwood head unit and with the ReadyHarness, it was super easy to install. I didn’t need to cut any wires, solder, or crimp any wires together. I put the make and model of my car into their website, they found an adapter and connected it directly to the stereo for me. They also sent along instructions to install the new stereo as well as a free din storage bin. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Crutchfield if you’re looking to upgrade your car’s audio. Looking forward to my next purchase through them.
Recent purchase of new TV that was not from Crutchfield. Replaced a TV purchased in 2010. Once set up I no longer had 5.1 surround sound from Marantz a/v receiver.....purchased in 2009....also not from Crutchfield. I have over the years purchased other gear from Crutchfield. Their tech reps helped me understand that my old gear was not compatable with new TV even though neither were from Crutchfield. They showed me how I could sound through the receiver but would not be surround. They did not have to assist me but they did. I eventually purchased a new a/v receiver from Crutchfield. Good company with very knowlegable folks.
Everything worked out of the box!!! First time replacing a head unit that I didn't have to do anything other than plug it in. The service to have them pre-wire was the key and everything went perfectly.

(had professional install) sent a bad speaker now they want me to send BOTH speakers back. So both my time and money has been wasted and I am not being compensated in any way. Bad Business practice.

I was having pronlems
This was the best experience. I was updated at every step, and received the product days before projected.
I recently purchased and installed the Boss BE7ACP multimedia receiver in my 2005 Mustang. I am still waiting to install the rear backup camera. The installation is temporary until satisfied with the radio. Audio, music from Apple car play, Bluetooth and SD card is great with one exception, I do not get the same audio quality from the FM Tuner, when driving the audio fluctuates between clear music and muffled music. This only happens when driving otherwise the music sounds fine when parked or stopped.
