I just received my LED face mask so I need to give it ago before I write a review.
It's odd that I'm being offered competition entry to win something from your site in exchange for a review which has to be left in the next 48 hours, when I've only had the mask for less than two weeks, which according to you is not enough time to see any kind of results. Hoping it does work as I was reading a lot of positive reviews before purchasing, which now I don't know if they have had the same offer as me... Will update when I have used for a sufficient amount of time to see changed

Ich habe durch die Nutzung der LED Maske leider verstärkt Rötungen bekommen und mich so entschlossen, sie wieder zurück zu schicken. Die Anmeldung der Retoure ging relativ problemlos, jedoch musste ich feststellen, dass eine Retourengebühr von über 30€ anfällt + die Kosten eines Rücksendeetiketts. Das sind insgesamt also ca. 40€ die vom ursprünglichen Kaufpreis abgezogen werden. Das finde ich sehr schade, fast schon frech, da auf der Website mit einer Geld-zurück-Garantie geworben wird. Guter Kundenservice sieht in meinen Augen leider anders aus - ich würde von einem Kauf leider eher abraten.

Ordered my item over 10 days ago and it still has not arrived. I think it’s more FedEx than CurrentBody but really disappointing delivery service. No option to amend delivery date or leave in a safe place. I can’t rate the light mask obviously as it’s not here. CurrentBody please consider using an alternative delivery service…FedEx lets you down.
Missing one pack of teeth whitening pods, left to wait for an answer. Really annoying.
Unfortunately Current Body Skin was not suitable for me as the light was too strong for my eyes. I was able to return and the refund was processed quickly. Current Body need to explicitly detail that 10 percent will be deducted and you don't receive a full refund. This was not explained in the 30 day money back offer and was only explained during the refund procedure.
