Excellent all round service. The delivery guys were extremely careful and considerate. In fact they were able to get the fridge through a bigger set of doors so we saved on the door removal fee. Alex James helped with processing this- dealt with it quickly and efficiently, following up with a personal email to confirm everything had been resolved. Super all round service

Very quick response from Natalie, and refund agreed without any silliness. Currys organised the courier, which again was without any fuss. Very efficient all round. I was pleasantly surprised as I expect the worse when I have to contact Customer Services, but Currys was very impressive.
